Service ordered lifters and all parts to fix my truck.
Service ordered lifters and all parts to fix my truck. All parts arrived July 26, 2024. I was told it would be ready in 2-3 day (by July 31). It’s August 15 and it’s still not complete. No calls from them at all. Poor service work. I would not recommend them.

Very up front and honest. Went above and beyond to meet my needs. Definitely recommending to my friends and family. Everything was exactly what they said and had the absolutely best price too. Rick was very knowledgeable about the products he was selling.

Do not use Service Department
Do not use service department. Took truck in for inspection. Let them have an open ticket and was not concerned about the cost. They said the front brakes needed to be changed. They changed them with rotors and elected to not rebuild or change the brake calipers. Picked the truck up and drove it about 20 miles. Front started shaking when breaks applied. Took to a local tire shop that showed me both brake calipers should have been rebuild. Heat from one locking up warped the rotor and had to redo the entire job. Just under 1K wasted. I called and they would not help any at all. Will not ever do business there again. I hope this helps someone in their future decision about this place.

Marty, great service!!
I took my car in for repairs. Marty, the Service Manager, listened to my issues and he asked a couple questions for more information. He gave me an expected date to pick up my vehicle. He actually called a couple days early saying it's ready to pick up. Marty was very courteous and professional. I will definitely return for future repairs.

A dealer with employees who really care about customers
An unexpected breakdown on a 500+ mile road trip turned into the BEST customer service experience. Headed North for wedding, our tire unexpectedly burst just before the Ringgold exit and we coasted on a rim and a prayer into Walter Jackson Chevrolet. The service manager, Marty, explained that he didn’t have a tire in stock that would fit the bill, but he promptly hopped on the phone to North Georgia Tire to find me one. In the mean time, a kind, dog-loving sales person – Todd Ingle – took pity on my family, including my son and my dog, waiting outside in the 90 degree Georgia sun and invited them into the showroom to cool off while we sorted things out. A dog! In the showroom! The team at Walter Jackson went out of their way, driving me and my flat tire all the way to North Georgia Tire to find a suitable used tire, then back to the dealership. The service department installed the tire I bought at North Georgia, and sent us on our journey with best wishes and refusal to take payment, tips, or anything at all but a thank you. This team of folks truly made a difference in our lives, and we could not be more grateful. Our next car purchase will come from them (even though we live nowhere near there), and yours should too. What amazing, wonderful, caring folks. Thank you Danny, Marty, Todd, and everyone else who wished us well and made sure we left town safely!!!

Dishonest Service Department
Dishonest Service Department!!! I took my truck in for a knock in the engine that is still under manufacturers powertrain warranty. Turns out it was a collapsed lifter. When I first came in, Marty(The Service Manager) said that it should be covered. After having a technician hook a computer to truck and whispering behind the scenes, I was told that the truck had a tuner on it at some point and the warranty was void! Problem 1: Unless they can prove that an aftermarket part caused the damage without a doubt, it is illegal to deny coverage under The Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act. Problem 2: This is such a common problem in these engines that GM issued a Service Bulletin informing dealerships that these vehicles with the suspect engines will be coming in with this problem! Problem 3: I wound up taking the truck to a dealership 1 1/2 hours away that repaired the truck under warranty and put in writing on the receipt that there was no reason for Walter Jackson to deny warranty. Bottom line....I was lied to by a dishonest service department because they didn't honor an obvious warranty job. STAY AWAY!!!!! I WILL BE FILING A COMPLAINT WITH THE FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION ON THESE CROOKS!!!
