we where traveling from Southport to Niagara Falls, stopped on our way in Rockingham. My husband hear this noise and said it’s probably our brakes. We pulled into Dieffenbach dealer ship, and ask f they could help. They repaired the brake pads and roter system. Big shout out to the Service Manager that day, and the mechanics which did a super job getting us back on the road. Thank you for your excellent service. Now we where abel to meet our kids at Niagara Falls and we celebrated our 50 th anniversary. We will always recommend Dieffenbach Dealer to others. Super job done well.

My in-laws bought a Buick Enclave and were very pleased from start to finish. I bought a GMC AT4 and I also was very pleased. Robbie Singletary was our go to guy and he did a great job. He took the time to show my in-laws how to use the new technology that the Enclave offered. Trust me, they needed all the help they could get. Hahahahaha. I would recommend if you’re in the market to give this team a shot before pulling trigger somewhere else. 5 stars for me!
Repair on 2010 Camaro
Deffenbach Cheverlot an outstanding dealership with excellent service. Diffenbach Cheverlot has set a standard for excellence that other dealerships will have to work extremely hard to try and match. My 2010 Camaro had a prior problem with eratic acceleration and deceleration which left me stranded. I had my car towed to another dealership to try and correct the problem. They replaced a pedal assembly, but 75 miles later the same problem left me stranded. This time I had it towed to Diffenbach Chevrolet. I was pleasantly surprised, how quick I received a phone call from their technician who had quickly diagnosed the problem. He explained in detail the reason I was experiencing this problem was due to a failure with my Camaro's computer board that was bad and needed to be replaced. The technician had one in stock and could replace the same day. The tech also reassured me that this would fix the problem. I have had absolutely no problems with the car since the repair. I have driven it 2,700 miles since being repaired. I am so pleased with this dealership that I trusted them to install a performance upgrade with cold air intake and a new Borla exhaust system. Not only is my car repaired, but my new performance upgrade can be felt and heard. I'm so pleased with my experience with this dealership that my next vehicle purchase will be with Diffenbach Cheverlot. I'm not satisfied, never again will I go there
My car left the same way it came, not running right. the same stabilitrek light was on. I was billed 430.00 for labor and told my truck was fixed and running fine. Not the case at all. Then they wanted to charge me a tow fee to bring it back. Al this after telling me 2 months ago it was ready only to Get down the road for it to cut off again. which by the way happened again today. By the way did I mention I bought parts almost 500.00, had them shipped to the dealer , that turns out I may didn't even need to buy, because my truck is not running correctly. they would not have gotten the one star, but this website made me pick one in order to submit my review.
While we can appreciate you wanting to share concerns on service here at Dieffenbach Cadillac, do know that all of our customers are dealt with honestly. Installing used parts always is a risk and, while no labor was charged in the nearly two months waiting for the part you provided us, the issues with the engine that you bring up are not related to the brake parts you provide for the work order. There are other aspects of the service done to your vehicle that should be handled directly with us and the opportunity to deal with you directly and honestly is all we ask.
