Landers Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM

I most liked the care and attention I received from Service Advisor Rachel Smith and Technician Ryan on November 10, 2018. They both took the time to walk me thru the maintenance plan (to include preventative) that better fit the needs of my vehicle. Before arriving at the Landers Dodge Southaven dealership, I'd lost faith in the Dodge brand as a result of the service I received from the local Memphis and Collierville dealership locations. In fact, I had thoughts of selling my dodge vehicles because of those experiences. However, Ms. Rachel and Ryan made the difference and are definitely the reasons I'm reconsidering.

I WAS VERY SATISFIED WITH THE SERVICE RENDERED AND THE CONVIENENCE OF HAVING USE OF AN AUTOMOBILE WHILE MINE WAS BEING REPAIRED.

Friendly, fast service. Advisor was kind as was the shuttle driver who took me to Walmart and picked me up. Timely repair.
