Very Good Service

The car appears to be fixed correctly the 1st time. Hopefully, I won't have to bring it back in for the same issue. And, it was fixed timely. And, Mr Holland provided very good customer service.

Great service

They did a good job had several things done. Oil change, tires rotated and a computer program recall. Great job moved quickly.

Great service

The customer service I received from Tyrone. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about what needed to be done to keep my warranty up to date. The wait time for the service was reasonable. I like the complimentary donuts and hot chocolate while I waited.

A Delta Lady

I’ve just had bad service experiences, but management handled it to my satisfaction. It just caused me to drive a 100 miles one way for service. I like to have my car serviced where I purchased it. Now, a nice/new Chrysler dealership has opened within five miles of where I live, and I plan to go there from now on.

Staff polite & helpful, food area & restroom clean

Mr. Ford was very professional. He explained my problem until it sunk in. Made sure the work was completed today even though I came in just before lunch. My mechanic is skilled. Great job done by the team. I called first to make sure Mr. Ford was still there before I came. I was going to go somewhere else even though I have had a lot of work done at this location.

Best car buying experience ever

I worked with Rod. I told him what I wanted to pay monthly and he had options available when I arrived it took me about 2 minutes to know what I wanted from what he selected! This was the best sales experience I ever had
