Bad customer service
I sat in my car for five minutes waiting for someone to acknowledge me when I pulled up. They did complete the service in a timely manner but the cashier who took my payment was beyond rude. She couldn?t extend the courtesy of a hello or thank you. I sanitized my hand after using a pen to sign my receipt and you would have thought I did something disrespectful. Her entire demeanor is one that I never want to deal with again and though this dealership is close to my house, I will travel elsewhere in the future to get my car serviced.

Tried to buy a truck, had the money. It was a preowned vehicle that had a few things needed fixing. Prentis, the sales manager refused to fix before we bought. He wanted us to pay for the truck and he said they would fix it. Shady!!!!!!

Drove all the way from Oxford to Southaven because I saw a Ford F-150 that I really liked. I was completely interested in buying and was planning on buying but the blower motor on the passenger side was messed up. We came to an agreement that when it was fixed that I would then buy the vehicle. A few days later they are wanting me to pay upfront before fixing it! That is ridiculous and extremely shady! And I literally kept telling them to just fix it first and I’ll be down there that week to buy it from them but they refused. Only reason I can see that they would want me to pay first is to not end up fixing it and screwing me in the deal
I have a 2011 Silverado with a little over 250,000 miles called the service dept. that the check engine light was on and I have not been in there in about 5 years and they refuse to look at it. They would do the recall but would not check it out to find out why check engine light is on. So much for good service from them now they use to do good service...
