My car was hardly running so I had it towed to JJ Ford Hayesville NC. They called me and said the gas was bad. I told them that I had already drained the tank and put in new gas, they insisted. Then they called me and said it needs a new fuel pump and I told them that it was new, they insisted. They called to say it was fixed and ready. At this point I had $900 into it. I picked up the car and I got about 5 miles and the whole thing started again. By the time I got home it was hardly running, again. They kept trying stuff like a backyard mechanic and charging me through the nose for it and didn't fix anything. I finally figured it out. There is a part called an inertia switch. It cuts off the electric fuel pump in case of a collision or it can be shut off manually. This part controls current to the FUEL PUMP, yet they never even looked at it. It also means that they never checked current at the fuel pump. The switch tested OK but the plug in connection was heavily corroded. I just sprayed it with contact cleaner and voila fixed. BEWARE

Have had issues with the service paid to have cars service and they didn’t check air pressure or fill washer fluid tank and no big deal right this has happened too many times before will not deal with them anymore ps I have purchased 11 cars in the last 14 years from theme
Great Customer Service
Bought a Shelby GT350 which was half built when Covid shut the plant down. It was a long wait but worth it. It took six months and Jacky Jones honored our original deal which was a great price and included my trade-in which was now six months older. They have serviced my wife's Fords since 2008 and we keep going back, so they must be doing something right.
