Excellence! !

I could not ask for better customer service !No matter which department,I have always received excellent service!! From this alone,I doubt I will ever buy a car any where else! Other dealerships could learn a lot from these guys!!!

Customer Service at dealership was phenomenal!!

Gene Leib, the service advisor, is a top notch employee. He gave wonderful customer service and was very professional. He and Don, the service manager, made my experience memorable and when I am ready to purchase a new vehicle I will definitely be going to Lifetime Kia of Murphy!!

Mister

I had major repair issues with my used Kia and while the car was in the shop I looked at the 2018 Sorento. The salesman (Larry) showed the new car to me and all the features and I was blown away. Larry was great, no pressure at all. The entire experience was a pleasure. Thanks Lifetime

Great Experience!

I was actually going to test drive cars to see what I wanted before going to Atlanta to buy. I moved to a small town for all the good things about a small town knowing I would still go back to Atl for a lot of things that are more available or cheaper than the small town. I was greeted like an old friend at the dealership. I was shown around, shown cars, all without pressure. The experience was so good I went ahead and bought that day! And by the way,I got a better deal than I was quoted at a large dealership in Atl. The people at Lifetime Kia Of Murphy were great and I will definitely be a Lif time customer!

Great people to deal with!

I had been shopping all over for a KIA with everything my wife wanted on the car. Ever other dealer I went to tried to sell me a car that cost thousands more. I went to Lifetime KIA, told them what I wanted, they found it, we made a deal and had it the next day. I will defiantly go back to this dealership.

Small town people aren't stupid.

My husband and I went to this dealership to look at a Sportage and the way the salesman spoke to my husband about "how car pricing works" has turned me off the Kia product all together. I will never own a Kia. I usually stay out of conflict and keep my mouth shut with stuff like this, but when the salesman walked off to talk to the manager I told me husband we were not buying a car from that dealership. Just because we live in a small town doesn't mean we are stupid. We have bought four cars already. We do our research and we know how this works. So you might want to think about how you talk to your future customers.
