The staff is always very friendly and professional every time I take my car to get serviced (which is very often ). They always go above and beyond to assist me and answer all my questions/concerns. Very consistent with customer service, I highly recommend!!!!!

The Dealership are crooks, car brought to them for recall...
The Dealership are crooks, car brought to them for recall part. They said that was not the reason why car would not start. Found something else wrong . Fixing recall cost nothing and they did not offer a rental. Ford motors on their recalls will offer a rental anyway long story short cost $700. and recall never fixed.

AWESOME BUYING EXPERIENCE
I have been shopping for a good used truck! Reed Lallier had a nice 2017 Silverado LTZ with low miles that caught my eye! I immediately reached out to salesman Alonzo Livingston and inquired about truck. Alonzo and the entire sales staff made my experience quick and painless! They gave me a good trade price and got my payments where they said they would be! I am now the proud owner of a (new to me) 2017 Silverado Z71 LTZ and I could not be happier!

I had a terrible buying experience with this company. I felt as is I was just a number than a customer. DONT BELIEVE THE incentives...they will add it other places. The finance managers are terrible and only think about the benefit of the company and not the customer.
