Second car I have bought from here and have sent my family as well. This is my go to dealership. I have never seen anywhere work as hard to get you into a vehicle and treat you as well. In and out in less than two hours. Love this place and will continue to buy and recommend.

I purchased 2023 Bronco Raptor which has mechanical issues that I found the day I drove it home. When I returned and informed the dealer the next day I was treated like it was only my problem to handle and was told take it to a ford dealer to get it looked at. I was also cheated on my trade allowance. I was not given the exact amount stated by the sales person. When I caught the discrepancy the next day, the dealer refused to make good on the amount. The salesman I worked with however was very good and I would recommend him.

Our team did offer to help coordinate getting the Bronco to our Mtn View Ford location so the mechanical concerns could be properly inspected by a Ford service department. Regarding the trade value, our management team also reviewed the transaction and confirmed that the amount discussed was the effective trade allowance presented during the deal. That is not accurate. You quoted me a fixed value on my trade on a piece of paper that I was asked to sign. There was zero explanation that it was a lower amount and you factored in a "tax savings" on top of that to equal the total I was quoted. What you pay me on a trade has zero to do with what I may save on taxes. Had I caught this before signing, I would have backed out of the deal so shame on me for missing that detail I guess. You did not arrange for repair either, i was told to just drive across the street to the Ford dealer. You sold me a lemon and now I have to fix the vehicle to make it worth the high price I paid for it.
