Excellent customer service from knowledgeable and helpful teams. I drove all the way from Tampa, Florida to have this warranty/recall service completed and I would gladly do it again. (The dealerships from Sarasota to Ocala were terrible)

My purchase experience a few days ago was great. John got me 2 perfect vehicles for my wife and I. He and the sales team were an absolute pleasure to work with as always. Today I dropped my truck off for an odd warranty issue and was told it wouldn't be ready for a couple days so they got me a loaner. Falicha was excellent and the service center got my issue taken care of ahead of schedule so I already have my truck back. What a great team!
