Dusty continues to provide World Class Customer Service. As he does every time we bring our vehicles in for service. He is invaluable & makes our experience much easier & enjoyable. THANK YOU Brandon Pyles is always extra helpful. I typically have a few questions about the latest models, & he is always very knowledgeable & helpful showing me options of what's new for whenever we trade-in in the future. For our Telluride we bought new tires, had alignment, & oil change. I waited & Service Dept was really much faster than I anticipated. All around as always fantastic. Thank you much!

I took my Telluride in for a 15,000 service which I was

I took my Telluride in for a 15,000 service which I was told would be $339. I told them I would wait for the service to be completed. Three hours later, I discovered my car service had been completed almost an hour earlier and my service guy forgot I was in the waiting room. Then I go to pay and my service cost was $482 with no extra work done other than the 15,000 service. To top it off, they wanted to charge me 3% fee if I used a credit card. I will not be back and I advise everyone else to avoid this place if at all possible. I would give them a zero if possible.

Unaware that spare tires are a thing of the past, I asked

Unaware that spare tires are a thing of the past, I asked about them. 350 dollars. I asked the parts guy what to do if I get a flat....he said "pray you don't get one."

Our sales consultant, Pierre Williams, was very

Our sales consultant, Pierre Williams, was very knowledgeable, patient, and accommodating. He explained every detail about the Kia Seltos I eventually purchased (1st time Kia owner), and assisted with digital (media, phone, navigation) setup. The Finance Director, Clyde Dempsey, equally knowledgeable, helpful and considerate. Together, they made the process as seamless as possible. Overall excellent experience, and I couldn't be happier with my new Kia.

On 12/6/23, I was offered a refund by Kia through a

On 12/6/23, I was offered a refund by Kia through a comment on the BBB website for poor service. I called the following day and was told it would be returned to me within a week. It is 1/5/24 and I still do not have the money. When I called to speak to someone about it yesterday, the service manager was "out sick" for the day, so I had to leave a voicemail. I called back today and didn't give my name so he couldn't avoid me. When the service manager got on the phone, his whole attitude changed. All I wanted to know was how long it would take to get my refund. He kept talking over me and refused to answer my question. He said he got my voicemail yesterday and talked to accounting who said it has been sent. I told him that I still do not have the money and asked who I needed to speak to in accounting. He told me I wasn't speaking to anyone in accounting. This makes me think that he didn't actually give me a refund. I don't think everyone in the service department is a crook, but this particular service department and dealership are awful. I do not recommend buying from them. Check out the negative reviews on the BBB website for more details. They picked the wrong one.

I was so impressed with Mike Kost.

I was so impressed with Mike Kost. He was very intuitive as far as to what I was looking for on my car shopping day. I think having a great experience salesperson who likes their job and demonstrates their abilities is a great sales person to have. We are so please. Also we never owned a Kia Car every. ( always driven Jeep’s) . Our experience with Kia of Chattanooga was definitely outstanding. I will be telling my friends and family. (Good Vibes)😊👍
