Great experience with efficiency

Customer service was absolutely wonderful from everyone. I showed up on time for my test drive appointment and they were quickly able to get me test driving the car I was scheduled to drive and it was an easy process of buying the car I wanted.

Great service and the car runs great. They kept me updated and tried t get me the best price Our car was cleaned and runs like our KIA...love our van.

I was very pleased with my service.

adjustments: More choices of vehicles with specific functions and colors. And the manuals should match the vehicles purchased by the consumer. Not a standardized manual for each model.

Great experience!

We did not feel pressured in any way to purchase the car. All of our questions were answered adequately and we did not feel rushed into making a decision, even though it was nearing closing time.

Everything went very smooth

This was 5th time taking car back for same problem

Friendly staff but problem with car not resolved.. Ties up my car & schedule. If you don’t know how to fix who can the problem

Very helpful

The woman who checked me in and out was very friendly and knowledgeable! She was even very kind and helpful to the cashier who was a bit new and had some questions! I was very impressed with her poise and willingness to happily help! Thanks for always having such great employees

My visit on 9/18

I took my car in for routine service and I was running late for my appointment, by my own fault, missed the courtesy van. I waited for about an hour and decided that I had to leave and scheduled Uber to pick me up. Just as I paid for my ride the van arrived. I cancelled my Uber and they delivered me to work quickly. Even though it was my fault that I had to wait, Charlie in service took such great care of me!! He went above and beyond to make my experience fabulous and make me happy. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!
