This was my third purchase and third sales associate, however; I am always treated with respect and courtesy. I will continue to purchase from Kia.

I highly recommend all of the employees I worked with in trading in my previous Kia Optima for a new one. Mr. Burnette continued to work relentlessly for several weeks to help get the best deal for me! Mr. Durham allowed the best value for my trade, and Mrs, Sizemore was very helpful in answering all of my financing questions & concerns. I certainly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for great value & excellent products, along with great customer service!

Best experience ever buying a new vehicle. April was the BEST, so glad to see a woman, she made me feel at ease, and this experience has totally changed my opinion of the car salesperson! Clyde was my finance officer and could not have treated me better, I felt like royalty and certainly received the royal treatment from of them. Thank you both so much!! When we went to Kia of Chattanooga, we were in search of a larger vehicle for our growing family. Tim walked right up to us and understood instantly why we were there. He made sure that we found something that would work for us. The entire staff was extremely helpful and I am so happy to have joined to Kia family this week! My new baby will be very comfy in my new Optima :)

After contacting the internet sales department I went into Kia of Chattanooga and was greeted very nicely, shown the car I was interested in, offered water, and even shared a few jokes with the staff. However, I was passed along to the person's partner and things began to change. Once my financing was being processed the story completely changed. The rep became rude and would not listen to me or try to "comfort" my concerns or offer any type of help, another rep came and took the keys away from me for the vehicle I wanted to purchase to allow someone else to test drive it (who also purchased the vehicle after I was told to go home and discuss it with my husband), and was offered a horrible trade in value for my car even after showing the rep what I found on the appraisal value for my car. I was approved for this vehicle but at a monthly price over what I wanted to spend which is why I was told to discuss it with my husband. DO NOT BE FOOLED by the relaxed atmosphere or the fact they advertise on J103. This is not a good dealership and you are better off going somewhere else.

I love my new 2015 Kia Optima so much!! Thank you guys at Kia of Chattanooga for making my car shopping experience so easy and fast!

Sales man was very low key and not pushy or high pressure. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. They helped me get the best deal on my trade in. More than I expected. Financing was an easy process. Just a wonderful experience.
