Tesla Brewer answered all of my MANY questions and gave me a ton of information so that I could make the absolute best decision. Jeremy Tissington also provided great customer service by making sure I was aware of the current applicable promotions pertaining to my vehicle of choice. Michael was very knowledgeable about the paperwork and also helpful in answering my questions about financing. I just purchased my Expedition from them and I could not have asked for a better experience. Every person from sales to finance and everyone in between were so polite and helpful. My salesman was not there one day when I showed up and anther salesman was more than happy to help me even though he was not my actual salesman. Most places they would have just told you he is not there and not helped. They went above and beyond to make sure I got what I needed and wanted. They even offered to bring me a car to Fort Smith to save me time. AWESOME is all I can say. Give them a try.

I bought me a brand new 2015 Ford Mustang right off the showroom floor. I had great service, it started with Holley, then Cody Nix was my sales man, Wayne wrote the contract up and Jeremy was the manager. I can not stop bragging on this dealership. This was my first new car experience by myself and I have NO complaints at all. I got a GREAT deal on my trade in and got a good price for my car. I even discovered I didn't get a spare with my car and when I went to pick up my paperwork I ask Jeremy about that and the dealership bought it for me. He said usually that was included with the cost, but he said the dealership would pay for it. I am telling EVERYONE to go see what Riverside Autoplex has to offer. I drove over 300 miles to buy my truck from these guys because their prices are simply unbeatable. Rock- bottom price on my newer Tundra and pretty ok money for my trade-in. With title in hand, pre approval from my bank, and being from out of state, paperwork took about 7 minutes. Everyone is very nice. If you're looking for a great deal on a used vehicle, go talk to Dave. He's a straight shooter. I would highly recommend. No hidden fees.

I bought a used vehicle with an extended warranty. I brought it in because after I got it I realized the power lock didn't work. They took my vehicle and said they would fix it. I left numerous messages after not hearing from anyone after 3 days. I never got a call back and didn't get my vehicle until I showed up at the dealership to get my vehicle, unfixed. I was then told they couldn't fix my vehicle because the warranty doesn't come in place until 30 days. No one ever returned my calls ( I called multiple times). They talk a big game when you're there but they certainly don't follow through.

This dealership went above and beyond. We live about 150 miles from Poteau, but found the car we had been searching for and made contact with Mike Chadwick. He was more than helpful, offering to work with us over the phone since we were so far away. He was super friendly, and spoke with both my husband and I about each step of the way. He made our less-than-stellar credit still work for us to get a good interest rate, and after all that, offered to bring the car to us instead of us having to wait for 2 more days until we had a chance to make the drive. He met us with the paperwork, and our brand new vehicle the same day! Amazing service! We were blown away!
