First service.

First service. Tire rotation okay, they didn't check tire pressure. Other than that it was fine. I also had an inspection done at the same time

From the Manager to the front desk employees.

From the Manager to the front desk employees. I had the absolute WORST experience not to mention they held my vehicle for 2 WEEKS without communicating with me and even resolving the issue . They gave me the vehicle back with a $7000 repair bill with a different diagnosis than the shop prior.

Bad experience

Horrible dishonest brand new gmc when I was buying it the alignment was off I mentioned it to the sales person he said they can only check it after 750 miles in my opinion it?s a safety issue if there is something loose , they lied to me about some ad on my mistake we discussed it verbally and I don?t have it in texts and truck way overpaid

Flow is a 6 Star Dealership!!!!

Our car broke down on I-95 and we asked OnStar to be towed to the nearest Buick dealer. They towed us to Flow. Our experience began with Hailey (service dept) and Judy (service manager) - they squeezed us in among their regular customers - we waited all afternoon, but our car wasn't diagnosed with the problem yet as it was near closing time. Judy drove us to a hotel for the night after Hailey found us one on her computer and then she even stopped at a fast food drive-thru to get us something to eat. They picked us up the next morning before the hotel check-out time so we didn't have to pay for another nights lodging. We again waited all afternoon for our car to be fixed. (Let me at this time say that Flow's dealership is the nicest, finest and cleanest dealership I ever have been in - even had snacks and drinks for their customers). We learned that our Buick had engine block problems and it would be a long and big repair - we had to get home for our medicine's were running out. We asked if they would take our 2015 Buick Encore as a trade-in on a different car. We ended up trading for a 2022 GMC Terrain. It was then that we met salesman Isaac Kingwood - what a super salesman he is - took us on a test drive and explained the Terrain inside and out. We then decided to buy a new SUV and be on our way. Isaac along with sales manager Kenny Cummings and the Finance Officer (who we did not remember his name) stayed after hours to get the paper work done and into our new car. We were under a lot of stress and all these mentioned folks really saved our bacon as we were from Virginia and really needed to get back home soon. A SUPER big THANKS to all those folks mentioned along with the un-named mechanics who worked on both our old and new vehicles. We had to go back the next day to Flow's because VA requires two license plates while NC only requires one - Judy again squeezed us in and Hailey took our new car into the service bay where the mechanics put a license bracket on the front bumper for us and installed the other license plate. Flow Buick-GMC to us is a 6 Star Dealership. And lastly a super big thank you to Isaac who called us at home the next day to see if we got home okay and if there was anything else he could do for us - he also called again days later to see if all was okay with everything. Super super dealership and employees!!!!!!!!!!!!!! "THANK YOU!!!!!!!!"

Overall great buying experience

Purchased a used vehicle from Flow. Like that they set a fair sale price based on the Carfax they printed out for me on the vehicle. Didn't have to to go through the awkward negotiations. Rafael was great to work with, very professional and personable. He made sure ALL my questions were answered and even drove me to a nearby gas station to top off the tank before leaving. Very pleasant buying experience!

MAZDA Miata

Bought a car from Eddy Shaw at Flow Mazda, fayetteville and it was such a great experience. Car dealerships have bad stereotypes and that makes it tough for people to want to go and buy a vehicle. This dealership makes it so easy to do business and are so friendly. No pressure and they do whatever they can to make a deal. If they can do it, they will! Go check them out for your next new or used car! You will be happy with that decision

MAZDA Miata

Bought a car from Eddy Shaw at Flow Mazda, fayetteville and it was such a great experience. Car dealerships have bad stereotypes and that makes it tough for people to want to go and buy a vehicle.
