Got a price from the internet department. They Texted and asked if it was good at 9am. I replied at 10 and said I was driving to buy it and would be there... after 2 hour drive. I got there and there was a text 10 minutes before I got there said they sold it... Salesman who quoted vehicle was scarce. Another nice salesman named Myc found another (more expensive) vehicle. Sales manager, john, decided it was more important to eat lunch than talk to us. Never even acknowledged we were in building. Owner, Sam, eventually came and talked to us and split the difference with us. Very fair compromise. Nice guy who I would buy a car from again. Needs to clean up some of operations staff though as the rest of staff left something to be desired.

We brought our Subaru in for service, Paula was very professional, kept us up to date on everything and got a free wash detail. We were skeptical to bring... it in during the pandemic going on, but everything worked out. This was our 1st Subaru after being loyal Toyota buyers and have been happy thus far for the last 2 years.
Never thought you'd see a car service review that was a treat...well, this company went above and beyond in their service department. It is meticulous.... The waiting room was comfortable, beverages were available., restrooms spotless. Personnel were cheerful and helpful. it was a pleasure being there. The complimentary car detail was an added surprise. All I can say is WOW!

We bought a Lexus December 2019 and were given only 1 key when promised 2. They said they would mail me a second and I have never received a second. We... bought a car from this place (Lexus 350 RX 2017 model) December 2019 and Emily Bracy promised to receive a second pair of keys for the vehicle. The Lexus came with one set of keys and the other would be mailed to us. We have called 5 times but they keep dodging our calls. We finally got in contact with the manager (Sam Johnson Jr) and he ended up hanging up the phone on us and was rude. He said that they cannot afford to give me a second set of keys to the vehicle that I purchased from them. They had promised that we would have two sets and even after all of the trouble and the calls we did not receive them. We live 2 hours away and thought we were going to a good dealership but after this bad experience we do not recommend giving them business.
Mr. Modi, Upon review of your paperwork, we were unable to find a second key promised in writing. Of course, we understand there is no way to review c...onversations held in person. Because of this and because we do value you as our customer, we have ordered a spare key from a Lexus dealership near you. The key has already been paid for by us and is available for pick up by you. We appreciate your communication and your patience with us during this busy season and hope we resolved this issue to your satisfaction.
I had been looking at a number of vehicles to replace our 11 year old Sable. Went to Crosscreek with a friend who was having his wifesOutback serviced.... Saw this Impreza Sport with a sign saying saying Demo. Checked it out and found four real adults can fit comfortably. This is important since we generally have three adults around town...which is primarily where this will be used. Modest negotiating with sales manager until an agreeable price was reached. Salesman was courteous, follow up training on all the features was good. Looks like routine service is pricey...over $80 for oil change and tire rotation is kinda steep. Many dealers include a number of complimentary or lifetime oil changes, this dealer does neither. Otherwise, they were easy enough to work with. Initial impression of the car after three plus weeks is very positive. Roomy for a small car, excellent mpg.
