Service advisor was personable and thoroughly researched my issue. Knowing I was from out of state and trying to travel back the same day, he pout me under priority. Felt personal and was very appreciated. I made it home safely and with confidence due to his actions.

Very poor customer service I did not receive updates on my car I kept calling and calling . I was not even notified that my car was ready for pick up.On two occasions that I did through to Joe .I was told that he they would call me back and he never did

Watch buying a used vehicle I bought a 2011 F150 XLT come to find out it's not a XLT it's a XL they sold me the truck is a XLT never buy from AutoNation GMC again charge me more than the truck was worth just found out today 11 21 2019

Fast and friendly service
We were from out of state when our check engine light came on and it was over heating. Automation got us in right away and did a great job of fixing the problem. Everyone was friendly and helpful.
