This service dept is top notch!

This service dept is top notch! Professional and very friendly! I live in Coldwater MS and so regret purchasing my Acadia in Southaven. The GMC Southaven service is horrible and Autonation came through for me in fixing an issue on my brand new car. I now drive to Mendenhall for my oil change. I will be buying a Yukon next year and it definitely is from Autonation.

Went to sell a car and the staff was super friendly,

Went to sell a car and the staff was super friendly, knowledgeable, and the transaction went very smoothly. A couple of weeks later we went back to sell another automobile and buy one from them. Outstanding customer service. The process was so easy and we didnt feel any pressure whatsoever. The staff was very accommodating and explained every step of the selling and buying process. We are extremely happy with this dealership and love their staff.

I bought 2022 Sierra 1500 Denali Ultimate 2 years ago.

I bought 2022 Sierra 1500 Denali Ultimate 2 years ago. In August of 2024 the transmission on this vehicle would not shift out of Park, which the vehicle became undrivable. Had vehicle towed back to dealership where I bought it on Aug 24 2024 and is still sitting there 1 month later with bad transmission. I was told by service department intake person Laura it would take 2 weeks for technician to look at vehicle. Again, 1 month later I was told technician has not looked at vehicle yet. Service department manager (Ashley) told me vehicle has 26 error codes. Both Laura and Ashley keep changing their stories as to when my vehicle will be fixed. Oh, and did I mention I have bumper to bumper coverage and they have refused to give me a loaner or authorize a rental car until they figure out the problem with my vehicle. I have already racked up close to $1,000 in rental car fees because of this dealership failure to honor their word (technician will look at your vehicle in 2 weeks) or bumper to bumper coverages. My next move will be to bring a lawsuit against this dealership to recover money spent on rentals, time missed from work, and pain and suffering caused to me and my family. This Service department is a joke. Buyer beware! Author James Porch

I bought 2022 Sierra 1500 Denali Ultimate 2 years ago. In August of 2024 the transmission on this vehicle would not shift out of Park, which the vehicle became undrivable. The only reason I’m going to give them a two is the car

The only reason I’m going to give them a two is the car is beautiful, but the back window of my 2017 Buick Cascada looks like a couple of ten year olds tried to glue it back in🤮 For over a month and a half I have been trying to get some answers but too can’t. Got it fixed today but had to have a brand new top 💰💰
