Fast and friendly service
We were from out of state when our check engine light came on and it was over heating. Automation got us in right away and did a great job of fixing the problem. Everyone was friendly and helpful.

They went beyond the call of duty with my service issues.
Once my bumper to bumper warranty expired, I was tempted to consider other options for oil changes and minor issues with my SUV. After all, the dealership prices are not exactly inexpensive. However, I have been won over, for the pass four years, with their service team constant treatment of friendliness, kindness, and their concern for my vehicle. Mitchell normally works with me and has given me top notch service but my last visit was with David, who transferred from Nashville. He went beyond the call of duty and I really appreciate his efforts as well

The last time I will go to AutoNation on Mendenhall. I was charged $233 to have to low beam lights installed on my 2013 Terrain. While waiting for my lights to be fixed, I Googled the estimated costs for that service. It should have been less than $100. Took almost two hours for the bulbs to be changed. (Labor costs are by the hour!)

I was”nt there very long and that was good for me because I have been going to other places and it takes a long time for the technician to service my vehicle

Auto Nation GMC
Sales/ Lee Burdette was great, she contacted me several times about the vehicle I was coming in to look at and even called me as I was pulling into the lot. The Silverado I came to look at was a no haggle price, but well worth what it was marked and was about $1800.00 lower than others listed within 100 miles. After purchasing Lee had their detail shop come and give it a once over and that's all they did it was still dirty on the top of truck and inside, so after leaving the lot stopped by car wash myself and got it shining.

Terrible
I had an appointment at 9:30 am to get my vehicle service. I arrived at the dealership at 8:55 am. At 12:00 noon I asked the worker how much longer would it be, and he replied by telling me my car had not even been looked at. Needless to say, I got my car and left and will not return in the future!!!
