These people are experts at apologizing, but this does

These people are experts at apologizing, but this does nothing to fix the problems they cause. Incompetence combined with arrogance and attitude is a surefire way to alienate and drive away a customer base. This is what they accomplished with me today. Today was my third fiasco with the Rich Ford Service department. I arrived ten minutes early for my appointment only to be told they could get me in at Three Thirty p.m. When I showed them the appointment that was made, they said I am sorry, you do not have an appointment because you are not listed on the board, as they pointed to the board. When I showed them the text messages they sent me reminding me of today's appointment, that did not seem to matter either. A supervisor walked in and told the service desk to get me to the front of the line, which ended up being a three-hour and twenty-minute Oil Change marathon. These people act as if taking your money to provide lousy service is actually doing you a favor. If you have a Ford, steer clear of this pole. There are too many other places to go that provide good service and actually care about their customers.

Great buying experience

I flew in from California because Sabrina got me a way better deal on my Raptor than I could find locally. Actually the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. Highly recommend.

Rich ford has no loyalty and they are crooks!

Read this before you buy from Rich Ford! !!! They are LIARS and CROOKS! I have purchased 3 trucks in 7 years from Rich Ford. And in November of 2022 I needed a 1 ton truck . I looked everywhere here in Albuquerque both Ram and Ford. I found a 2021 F350 Powerstroke at Rich Ford and traded in my 2019 Ram 2500. Part of the deal was for me to keep my New Cooper tires I purchased for the Ram in October. After the deal was done and they got my $10,000 down I came in a few days later to bring in the Ram and get my Cooper tires and bring home my new/used F350. They backed out of the tire swap and wanted $2,000 for new tires from their store! The GM their, I believe his name is Reese, was horrible!! Probably not worth mentioning but when he got within 3 feet of me there was a very bad odor coming from his body! One would think they would like to keep a loyal customer, but this was not the case! I left there feeling sick to my stomach and to make matters worse when I got the truck home I noticed a very well hidden crack on the very lower bottom on the front windshield! I called my salesperson there and sent him some pics. Their GM said too bad since I already drove it off the lot! I will NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN, or as long as the current GM is part of their team! Fantastic dealership with excellent service.

My wife and I had a great experience buying from Rich Ford. We went in a few days before thanksgiving looking for a specific vehicle. We were helped by Adrian who did a fantastic job. He was polite, professional, and knowledgeable. He made the buying experience enjoyable and efficient. He also worked with us to get the pricing we wanted for our trade-in. Everyone we worked with and met was helpful and courteous. There were no surprises during financing and we left happy customers. Well done Rich Ford.

Save yourself a trip and go somewhere else.

Had to get an oil change, drove 3 1/2 hours to get to dealership service dept. Made sure to call before I left to make sure they could get it done, they said as long as I am there before 4 it will get done, got there at 3:30 and of course they said oh we can’t get it done today, explained I had contacted before I left since I live so far out, oh well I am sorry but we just can’t get it done. Worthless customer service. Now vehicle is way past oil change mileage because of all the mileage put to take car in for service.

DON’T WAST YOUR MONEY OR TIME!!

DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME!! Paid $400 to get our truck towed to their facility and instead of telling us we had a bill after speaking with them throughout the day they informed the SECOND tow company who paid our $169 bill for a diagnostic fee. They were unable to diagnose our truck because it has a tune-which was in when we bought it from Ford and they were aware of beforehand. So, we paid $400 for tow and $169 for them to tell us fuses were okay and there was nothing they could do bc it has a tube! Of course, no reply from attempting to contact general manager. Only put one star so it would inform others.

Excellent dealership.

Very easy to deal with. No hard sell for things we did not want. The whole process was quick and easy. I would recommend them.

What happened to being a valued customer?

Ordering the 22 F250 Platinum was fine but the service and professionalism of the sales associate and managers was poor to physically get the truck. I wasn't treated like a valued customer after purchasing a $85K truck. I have since taken my business to Chalmers Ford where they value customers.

Service to F350. I was assisted by Alec in service department. He was very professional and went over everything that my vehicle needed. I highly recommend using the service department. Ask for Alec when you go, his an asset to the service department.

Yea Sabrina,!!!

Sabrina and Darin were great! Good communication, follow up and helpful. Delays or frustrations were with corporate and out of their control, but they helped on the "back end"
