I did think that 2 hours was a long time for an oil change. Other than that, it was fine.

buying new was most frustrating car buy i have ever had in over 40 years of buying cars. service dept is OK, but dealer hampers the staffs ability to... perform well. Even the service writers and mechanics say they are frustrated case in point - my new $63k F150 was reported to have "swollen" lug nuts at 20k miles. they wanted me to buy $100 new nuts. i said it is a known factory defect and should be replaced under warranty. now at 60k miles, have been told every 5k (during regular oil changes - all service 100% by this dealer) that the lug nuts need to be replaced. service team says they would if they could, but i have to buy them. now shopping for new tires/wheels (with new lug nuts) from anyone other than this dealer. will be shopping for new F150 by year end. not at rich ford ABQ!

Nice staff. Warranty was accomplished and took most of the day and was briefed it would take all day and took all day. Service rep a tad slow to respond... to phone calls, but when did respond very informative and pleasant.

Had a problem with the cooling system 2 days after having it serviced. Although reluctant at first to admit the problem could have been caused by them,... they brought the car (Flex) back in and redid the complete service, totally fixing the problem. My car is usually happy after service at Rich Ford, and now we all are. I am very pleased at how Rich Ford treated us and how it turned out. Antonio Maldonado was super.
