Donnie and Coy to my family and I through an experience that we will never forget. While traveling from GA we experienced car trouble. Went to the dealership and drove away in a new suburban. Not from here but definitely will keep them in mind if I want to purchase another vehicle. TOP NOTCH!!!!

The worse support... and with lies
Took my wife's 2012 Buick Enclave for a power steering problem where after the pump and rack were replaced because of a leak... became very hard to steer and noisy. First they told me all was good and couldn't find a problem. Then after I complained a Quality Control gentleman test drove the car with me and said I was correct. It is a known issue that they say don't know about. Documented all over the web! Then the car stayed for another day and nothing done... they made it much worse! and now when turning completely to left or right it sounds like it is cracking... Then they said they would call the manufacturer ... tookd forever to get a reply. After many calls and showing my frustration a lady called me on my cell and she sounded ready for a fight and was very rude. She said that it was normal and nothing could be done about the car. This is what can be expected from a Chevy dealer! No more chevy for our family .I like the cars and mostly the models... but in Fayetteville there isn't good and honest support. One of my workers had a terrible experience from them too several months later.... so people... chose wisely!

absolutely horrible experience!!! Ms. Nancy in service treated me as though i was an inconvience to her day. Maybe its my military background or my expectations are too high but if i tell you i am going to call you back i am going to call you back even if its to say i have no new updates. but of the 4 or 5 times i was told i will call you back not one time did i receive a call back and the next day when i call she handled me like i was a geniune interruption. I was stranded in fayetteville for 2wks they had the diagnostic but still didnt order the parts or see if someone else had them. well after the insurance had paid (july 6). there were no rentals available and they knew that and there was no sense of urgency. i was stranded there for more than two weeks....unacceptable...i was told i could take my vehicle somewhere else if but i am going to be billed for what they have done, which was nothing (diagnostic & drained DEF). the only thing that kept my vehicle there is the towing fee to lumberton and their backlog.....i normally drive to fayetteville powerswain to get all my vehicles serviced but that has changed! Morehead city is closer but i did enjoy the treatment of power swain, i purchased my a silverado and 2 suburbans from there. Mr. JR Bolding whom i purchased two of the 3 vehicles from and the rapport that has been established was the only saving grace. Treating people with respect should be a basic prerequisite, I can see if I had done something to provoke such treatment but I did not. Customer service should have people skills above all else, word of mouth is a valuable asset, plus the people you are more than likely interfacing with are already having a difficult time, why make it worse.

Disbelief
I’ve had the same part repaired on a 2017 Chevy Malibu that I bought from brand new from PS Chevrolet in 2017. I’ve paid roughly 3k in 2021 & 2023. I’m unsure of the integrity in the building when a service associate stated they hoped it was covered by a warranty because they can charge more. Not to mention they stated the repair was absolutely necessary until they realized they couldn’t get the part. I was then told my car was safe to drive and if it started shaking to park it until they could repair it. All my services are done at this dealership because that’s where I purchased the car from. I ended up paying 2k for the repair and I can help but feel taken advantage of.

Service
I needed a new battery, called to make sure the battery was in stock, had a 3pm appointment. Why did it take 2 hours to put in a new battery? The response from the service manager was the mechanic checked other things. The paperwork doesn?t mention anything about those checks?

Inconvenience
Worst experience I have ever had. Service advisor did not forward insurance claim info to body shop in a timely manner. Resulting in my setting without the body shop knowledge. Multiple phone calls for updates made. Service advisor was clueless (when you could manage to make contact with her). Worst customer service in Fayetteville NC.
