Excellent

Needed an inspection, oil change, rotating tires. My vehicle was picked up and delivered back was most pleased with the professional of all customer service I dealt with. Would highly recommend Power Swain for all services.

Unprofessional Service and repair

I recently had a check engine light come on in my 2011 Chevy Camaro. My experience was horrific to say the less, due to the un professional and misdiagnose of my vehicle. The first quote I was given over the phone by a service rep. named Nancy. Although she provided me with the information to the best of her knowledge, she failed to assure me that my car will be taken care of with care. The mechanic working on my car told Nancy that I had a BANK I code come up during my initial diagnostic, and with x6 bad ignition coil, a purged valve and o2 sensor. I expected quality and professional service from all the employees that work there. Unfortunately I have not received that from Nancy her mechanic nor from the foramen that later misdiagnosed my 2011 Chevy Camaro. I got a call late last week telling me that they found the problem, and it was due to my catalytic convertor to be replaced. In my opinion this is unacceptable from a valued Chevrolet dealer that has been known to produce quality vehicles and give excellent service and repairs to their most valued customer ME! My repairs for my car will be another 1,300 aside from the 1,700 I already had put into to car from the Mechanic misdiagnosing my vehicle. I could have them do the repair and have the same problem with the car as before, or worse they give me ANOTHER misdiagnose. When you pay for something you want your money to work for you, and I work very hard for my country in order to give my family the life they have. So spending pointless time and money on someone that cant do their job is ridiculous and I have better things to do with time and money. Upon my first experience working with Nancy and Powers Swain Chevrolet this is an unprofessional low quality dealership. The mechanic aren’t trustworthy because of the THREE misdiagnose of my vehicle and time they wasted not repairing the real problem. Simple stated un professional parts and service department at Power swain Chevrolet.

I?d like to thank Phill, Gary Brown, and the Service Department for getting the car off the truck, PDI complete, and delivered to me in just a few hours. This isn?t our first vehicle purchased from Power-Swain and it certainly won?t be the last. I have peace of mind knowing the excellent service will continue long after the sale.

Took my van in for A/C problem. Dealership was able to get new compressor overnight, and installed. However, new compressor failed 1 week later on trip to Florida. Now waiting for Orlando FL Chevrolet dealer to obtain new replacement compressor. Glad I got the genuine GM parts, otherwise I would be having to pay labor costs. Not happy being in FL for 4 days so far without working A/C! (I don't blame my dealer, just GM)
