I had a great experience working with Ed and Matt at Smith Ford. From the beginning, both of them made me feel very comfortable and never pressured. I originally stopped by Smith Ford to discuss buying a new vehicle, then ended up shopping four or five other dealerships before coming back to Smith Ford and ordering my truck. Matt, the finance manager, was extremely knowledgeable and accommodating in helping structure the order and making the process easy. Ed made me feel welcome from the start and stayed involved throughout the entire process, all the way through delivery. He was always helpful, professional, and easy to work with. I have no complaints at all about my experience with Smith Ford. They’re a local dealership in our community, and I’m glad I was able to do business locally and support our community at the same time. I would highly recommend Smith Ford, Ed, and Matt to anyone looking for a new vehicle.

I am so impressed with Smith Ford. They made everything so easy and quick! From the time I contacted the sales department to the time I drove my vehicle off the lot was less than 24 hours!!! The folks at Smith Ford were very kind considerate & accommodating. I purchased a vehicle from them because of that! You can find a great vehicle anywhere but you can’t always find people who appreciate your business without making you feel like a number or that you have to buy what they feel is best for you! They worked with my budget & helped me get the vehicle I wanted. The vehicle was clean and they even filled it up with gas for me. I had been to several other dealerships in this area, & wasn’t very impressed with their mgt.. I’m glad I went to Smith Ford. Matt Kincaid & Cheryl listened to me & was polite & genuine. Ppl remember how they’re treated good or bad! Some of the other dealerships should work on that!

I would highly recommend Smith Ford and Bobby Heffner. They made the process of buying a new car so easy. Bobby is so easy to work with. He is honest and not pushy. This is our 4th car to buy from Bobby and we will be back to him when it is time to buy the next one.
