Bad internet sales guy

The service department is great. After purchasing 2 vehicles from Smith Ford last year (well over 75K spent), I was ready to upgrade again. Matt the internet sales guy, never calls back, never attempts to help find information on vehicles. The last time I contacted them via the website he replied that he was too busy to deal with me and to go check out other dealers. I find it difficult to understand that you are too busy to at least pass me along to another sales person...I mean I'm trying to give them my hard earned money on a vehicle...guess I'll take his advice and go elsewhere where my business will be appreciated.

2015 F150 replaces 2012 F150

Smith Ford is just the type of dealership you want around the corner from you. They are home town friendly, accommodating to the extreme, and customer oriented without fail. Salesman, Roger Langley, is the best! I recommend Roger and Smith Ford without reservation for their excellent customer service, excellent staff, and for making the ordeal of a new vehicle purchase a pleasure. I don't know how the process could be improved upon. Smith Ford is my "go to" dealership.

Happy Camper

I had an appointment for the 30K maintenance check. The service advisor took my info, and the Expedition went on it's way in for the service without delay. The wait time was very reasonable, and the waiting room was comfortable. The staff was very friendly. Easy in + easy out. That's the way I like it! It's my pleasure doing business with Smith Ford Inc. in Conway AR.
