After driving my 2000 van almost 1000 miles to visit friends here, my engine gave off an oily electric smell. Thought it was the heat here until the idiot lite came on. My friends directed me to Swanty’s. Soooooo glad they did. I made it into their driveway and met a number of their GREAT STAFF, especially Conrad. He reassured me and later called to advise me that my radiator fan was DOA. But fortunately he could get a replacement part. YEA!! I was driving again within a day. They were quite a lifesaver. And incredibly friendly to boot. HIGHLY recommend! L J

After being on. 5,000 mile road trip we made an appointment to take our 2014 Ram in for service. As always, Debbie Pratt took great care of us. The only person who didn’t benefit from our visit was the poor guy that washed our truck after driving from California to Tennessee and home to Arizona. Swanty’s is my go-to dealership. Debbie and Terry Webb (our salesman) are rock stars.

Sparky checked me in and kept me informed all the way. He got a ride home and back. The shuttle driver, Matt, was nice and plight. The car was ready sooner than expected. I would recommend this car dealership to any one.

Sales are great, especially Mike Dwain. Nice, comfortably atmosphere. The clerks get the paperwork right! The service personnel are the ones to go to for the professional experience! Wow, that Debbie Prat and her main man, Jonathan, what more could you ask for. Even after the work is done and everything is explained, before and after its done. Get this, THEY WASH THE CARS, AFTERWARDS!!

Scheduled Appointment via Debbie for Cruise Control Recall & Oil Change, Debbie got me right in on time for scheduled appointment & was completed in a very timely manner. Very professional service.

I bought a brand new Jeep Trailhawk while visiting Las Vegas and drove it home to Bullhead City. Upon parking in my garage, and within 30 minutes, I noticed about a 1/2 gallon puddle of pink fluid beneath it. I was sent to Swanty’s, and they were AMAZING! As busy as the shop was, Sparky took my car in right away and diagnosed a crack in the brand new radiator. I was driven home by Swanty’s shuttle, and picked up when my car was ready, all in a timely matter considering they had to order and install a whole new radiator. Sparky was great, as was the rest of the staff there, and I will absolutely be using Swanty’s for the life of my beautiful car!

Sparky got my truck in the next day after I called for a recall letter to make sure I had my cruise control for my trip the same day. Thanks Sparky and Swantys
