Finally! A pleasant car buying experience

New to New Bern & decided it was time to retire the '03 Impala. My wife and I decided to settle on the Escape or another mini suv. I spent considerable time with both & made appointments with both on Saturday for my wife to see which one she liked best. Visited Cella first and Rick showed my "bride" the colors and clearly explained the benefits of the vehicle. After she picked out the color and reviewed the interior she said this is it and no need to go see the CRV. No high pressure from Rick Hamilton along with his sincerity and honesty eliminated us going any further down the road and we closed the deal. Rick, his fellow sales people Rufus and Michelle made us feel like we were part of the family. Well done Rick. ps: being courteous, I called and cancelled the other appointment and did not care for the tone there & will never go back.

Awsome Dealer!

I had a great experience and a great time with this dealer. How often can you say that about a car dealership! My sales person Rick Hamilton was very courteous, professional and an all around nice guy. There was no pressure to buy which is always a good thing. I recommend Cella to anyone looking for a good honest place to buy a car.

great service

I AM 67 YEARS OLD AND HAVE BOUGHT MORE CARS THAN I CAN REMEMBER. THIS EXPERIENCE IS ONE OF THE BEST IF NOT THE BEST. RICK HAMILTON, THE SALESMAN, AND THE SALES MGR. WERE VERY EASY TO DEAL WITH AND VERY PROFESSIONAL. I WOULD NOT HESITATE TO RETURN AGAIN OR TO RECOMMEND TO FRIENDS.

Best in the area

A true test of a satisfied customer is will he/she return as well as recommend others. I purchased my 2014 5.0 GT on November 13th from Cella and Rick Hamilton, Sales Consultant. The purchase and delivery experience was top shelf! I made the purchase after visits to two other dealerships in the area, trading a 2010 GT. Cella's deal was the best of the three, no pressure. I love the car, I love the followup, I will return for my next car and I will recommend others.

Very Helpful

I am in the review process of looking for a car I lost in an accident. Their sales staff has provided me with a lot of reviews and product information.
