Your service rep was helpful and up front about my repairs. He was knowledgeable about my vehicle and explained your services completely. The only thing I would recommend is that your runners not smoke around serviced vehicles. The smoke does get pulled into the car at start up. Great service was provided.

I felt like I may have been asking too much to have the rubbing noise in the steering column checked out and the burned out running light bulbs replaced, but otherwise things went very well. I was especially impressed with my being entrusted to leave the dealership with all the sale documents to return home to Pagosa Springs, Colorado for my wife to sign and ship back the next day.

I had been researching a Ford Explorer XLT to purchase for a couple months, and afterward, I contacted Kent Shaw at Power Ford with the specs on the color and type of vehicle I had decided on. Right away, Kent began tracking down the vehicle I was looking for, and always kept me up to speed whenever he came across a promising prospect. Although he was able to locate what I wanted, circumstances beyond his control made it difficult for him to obtain the vehicle(s) in question; but he never gave up. I finally came to the realization that I wasn't going to be able to get the color I wanted with the equipment group I was looking for or vise versa, so I compromised. Even though it's not the color I was hoping for, I couldn't be more thrilled with the Ford Explorer I ended up purchasing, and I have Kent to thank for that.

We received the recall notice on the weekend. I called on Monday and gained an appt for Wednesday. Brought in the car and was driven back to my home by a most friendly and courteous driver. I returned to pick up the car whose work was completed late that afternoon. Customer service was excellent and my Ford Escape is once again in safe condition.
