Crown Chrysler Dodge Jeep of Cleveland

Had a recall for my radio. Service was done in a timely manner. Had an issue when I got in my vehicle to leave and couldn’t get the correct screen to appear. Went back and my service advisor Jesse Coltrane showed me how to fix it if it ever happens again.

We still need to bring our Ram back in so you can continue to search for the fix to the seat and navigation problem. Please advise when we can do this.

Excellent! We were looking for a specific Ram truck. We had seen one at another dealership on a Sunday. Based on previous good buying experiences with Crown, we went there on Monday. They tried to get the truck we had seen at the other dealership, but it was not available. Our salesman, Jacob Buckner went far above and beyond anything we would have expected. In his efforts to get the truck we wanted, he located two in NC, but again those dealerships either had sold or had under contract their trucks. Jacob kept searching and finally found our truck in Missouri! He sent someone there and we were able to pick our truck up today. We would recommend Crown as a dealership and Jacob Buckner as salesman. Can't imagine a better auto buying experience!

Josh Blackburn did a great job of getting us the Jeep we wanted, and took care of all the essentials.

I would recommend anyone that is looking to buy a new car to go to crown of Cleveland. I had a great experience, they took the time to make sure everything was right and have even called to check in on me since the purchase. I give crown and their sales associates a 10 out of 10.

I had some interior heat issues with my RAM promaster 3500. Although it took a few trips with various parts replaced it seems to be working as designed. Jesse Coltrane service advisor kept me in the loop with constant communication

Took my Wrangler in for standard oil change and tire rotation. The dealership, especially the service department waiting area, was extremely clean. Service was prompt.

The employees at Crown Chrysler Dodge of Cleveland are all about making sure the customer is happy. The salesman I worked with -Daniel Kerr was exceptionally nice and knowledgeable. I have purchased multiple vehicles over the years but never from this Dealership. I would definitely buy from them again. They have a large inventory of new vehicles as well as some used. I was in the market for a Corvette Z06 and they had one recently traded in that was what I had been looking for.

We originally went to your dealership for service! While waiting on our 2022 Ram to be serviced. We spoke with Randy Ringler in sales and the next the we new we were talking about buying a 2025 Ram.. And we did.. Randy was awesome as was the rest o f the team that we came in contact with.. Everyone was extremely helpful!! Would highly recommend you dealership!!

When was the last time you left a salesman a voicemail about a vehicle you were interested in and when you arrived fifteen minutes later it was at the curb running with the air conditioner running? If you deal with Colby Evan’s at Crown of Cleveland get used to it. Cheerful, courteous, knowledgeable, helpful. I know when the last time I had fun buying a car! It was at Crown of Cleveland and I bought it from Colby Evan’s! I had been shopping for about two weeks and was getting discouraged. Then stumbled across a Grand Cherokee Overland that punched all the buttons. I had made an appointment earlier but didn’t want to wait so I called and got voicemail. That kinda brought me down a notch or two. Imagine my surprise when I arrived about twenty minutes later the Jeep was at the curb running with the air conditioning running. Young Mr. Evan’s ready to answer questions and explain bells and whistles.Needless to say I was done shopping. When I returned to pick up the vehicle there it was on the curb completely detailed with a full tank of gas.
