Idiotic Service Department

I made an appointment to have my truck serviced, 50K miles and I also wanted to get a shimmy checked that seemed like the transmission was slipping. 2019 Chevy RST so everything still under warranty. Service department tells me that getting the service done would be no problem but to diagnose the transmission, I would have to leave the truck 5 to 7 WEEKS!!! Not make an appointment for 5-7 weeks out but Leave the truck with them sitting in their lot for 5-7 WEEKS to get the transmission serviced. They also have no loaners but suggested I rent a vehicle during that time. Pay for my own truck while they have it, pay for the insurance while they have it and also pay for a rental??? These people have lost their minds! No one at the dealership seemed to care in the least that this is proposal was absurb. I Called GM and spoke to someone there as well and they were in agreement that 5-7 weeks is absurd. They called the service manager and came away with the same impression I did, no one there cares! I would highly recommend everyone to shop ANYWHERE but this dealership and certainly don't go there for service.

My 2011 Silverado truck

Took my truck back after having the front brakes done. Had a vibration when stopping. Charles Pace had it repaired, what a agent. Thank you ?

Buyers Beware!!!

Buyers Beware!!! This dealership is not upfront with pricing and dealer markup. While shopping for a Corvette this dealer listed pricing at MSRP on their website and Chevrolet.com, once I called to inquire about holding a vehicle they verbally quoted $25,000 over MSRP as a dealer markup.

Best experience ever!

Edwin Rivera Jr was the most knowledgeable and handsome manager we have ever dealt with. This was the best experience we've ever had. He is a huge asset to the company and definitely deserves a raise!

Deceptive and shady. Buyer beware.

This is the second vehicle I purchased from these guys and they are the most deceptive and shady group I've ever dealt with. From sales to financing to the service department. They really do take advantage of women. I will never do business with them and anyone that asks, I will tell them to stay clear.

Dishonest Customer Service

If you’re looking for an honest dealership, avoid this place at all cost. I set up an appointment at 7:30 on a Wednesday with Rod. Rod was nice and confirmed the appointment at 4:30 that same day. My husband and I went out of our way to go to the dealership and when we arrived they had us take a seat in Beth’s cubicle while she allegedly went to get Rod. She came back without him and with paperwork and said he went home so she would be helping us. She was not friendly at all. She asked us questions and for my drivers license and then said she would be right back while she checked if the vehicle was still available. She came back and in the THREE HOURS between our confirmation call and appointment time the car apparently had been sold. They did not feel they needed to call and tell us that the one vehicle I was interested in had sold, they had us still drive all the way out there and get to our appointment only to find there was no car waiting for us. I don’t expect it to be reserved or anything, but at least give us the courtesy call to let us know it was sold. Absolutely ridiculous. No apology or anything, just a sickly fake smile from Beth. We left and did not view any other cars and will definitely not be doing business with any of their dealerships.
