Car buying done the right way.
The sales staff at Vandergriff Chevorlet are excellent people. They are friendly and professional. We traded in one vehicle for a new Exuinox. They worked very hard to give us the max trade in value and get the new car price as close as possible to our budgeted price range. We really appreciate their effort in assisting us with the purchase of a new vehicle! We will be back, and definitely give them a 5-star rating! Go check'm out. Click

service Feedback- you asked for
Not all the work done on a vehicle turned in for service is done. On more than one occasion i found that the tires on my truck were NOT rotated, even addressed it with both my CSAs there at Vandergriff Cheverolet. This last time (3 August 2023) oil prints from hands and arms were left on the front left fender of my truck. Not sure that there is someone in the back overseeing the maintenance being done by mechanics, that being said- makes me wonder what other shortcuts are being taken in the garage there at the expense of the customer... I sent Charles pictures of the oil on my fenders. I was offered a car wash to rectify the problem....after spending thousands of dollars at this dealership in total aggregate services and new vehicles since 2013.

Vandergriff Chevrolet New Truck Purchase
Emily Boss our sales person was absolutely wonderful and made sure to get all our questions answered. Lagan Edwards the finance person was also so kind and thorough. It was a cash sale so we zipped thru that part fast. Two great employees! I?ve since had my bed liner installed and I worked with Gary in service and parts. The experience was great.

Thank you for your positive review! It is our pleasure to serve you, and we hope to see you again in the future!
CPO is a joke.
First off our Sales person Cecilia Delarosa was great. She was very professional throughout our whole experience with this purchase. So this review should not reflect poorly on her. We would give her 5 stars if I could. I just wanted to buy a truck to replace our recently totaled truck with peace of mind that it was a good truck for my wife and kids to drive around in. So that’s why we bought a "CPO" 2021 GMC Sierra AT4 2500 HD from here on 3/17/23. Having been a Vandergriff customer a few times I was hoping this experience would go smoothly as well. I was surprised when a "CPO" vehicle isn't more sorted. The truck needed 4 new tires as 2 measured out at 5-6/32nds and the other 2 at 9-10/32nds. They would not put new tires on. It was also missing a 2nd key. Being a Chevy dealer, you would think that would be no problem, but of course they charge for that ($500 added to the bill). They could not verify if the transmission had had its factory scheduled REQUIRED 45K mile transmission service on the Allison and said they would not do it. Well, I still bought the truck because we needed a replacement, and it was a fair price. I even bought the extended warranty (which I didn't want to) to help them out. I know they get a kick back on it and I can always cancel it. I even paid extra for another key. Fast forward a couple weeks and I get new tires on the truck so my wife and kids can drive it around safely and I decide to check the pressure in the spare tire. NO SPARE! Of course. I called the dealer on 4/21 and asked to speak to someone and ask if they still have it because it was checked off on the CPO sheet. They said they will call me back, hopefully that day. No call back. I let them have all weekend and Monday to get back with me. No call. I called again Tuesday 4/25 and talked to Jeffrey, and he confirmed it had a spare per the CPO checklist sheet and he informed me it was probably stolen. I guess whoever stole it put the retractor back up for me? How nice… He said there was nothing they could do since we had had the truck so long already. In my opinion, a CPO vehicle should have all its original equipment and be up to date on all preventative maintenance to be “Certified”. The manager stated the transmission fluid service is a “recommended” service and optional to be certified even though the factory GM manual clearly states it is a REQUIRED scheduled service. The truck smells like stale cigarette smoke inside after whatever they mask it with wore off (and charged for), it’s missing the carpet inserts on the front floor mats (the rear mats have them), NEEDED Tires, needed a transmission service (per GM/Allison) and missing the spare among other things like unnoticed cosmetic damage. I’m just frustrated I’m having to fork out all this money after the fact (Yes, I know it’s used) on a “Certified” pre-owned. Don’t put any weight on a CPO if you are looking at cars because it really means nothing. When I called GM Corporate office Michigan they are no help. They said it is at the discretion of the selling dealer on what gets fixed or replaced and if I wanted to file a complaint with them I would have to send a “certified” letter to them but they could not tell me who or what department to attention it to. So in reality, it’s just another way to sell a warranty disguised as a "certification". I could do that checklist myself better! Vandergriff sales manager Reggie Carter did make it right with me in the end on the tires by getting me a new spare tire and wheel and paying for half of the $1200 in tires I bought out of my own pocket so my wife and kids could drive around safely. I am still out the service or the transmission, fuel system and the spare key on a “Certified” vehicle. DO NOT PUT ANY WEIGHT IN A “GM CERTIFICATION OR VIN HISTORY REPORT. They aren’t worth the paper they are printed on. A lot of time, energy and money wasted on my end for a “Certified” vehicle. Never again.

Excellent Service Experience
Experience was very positive. Jonathan Burton always recognizes me and meets and greets me at my car. He makes sure he understands what I need, tells me what to expect and approximately how long the service visit will take. He provides me his cell number in case I need to contact him. He is personal, courteous, professional, knowledgeable and efficient.
