Jeff was very helpful and gave me options I would have never considered. Bought the Traverse a very happy with Jeff and the service of all who handled my sale.

Found vehicle advertised online. Called to confirm availability and spoke with Leslie directly who assured me it was as I was driving 90 minutes to see this vehicle. I text while I was enroute to confirm make, model, and availability and Leslie again confirmed the vehicle was available and they would be waiting for me. Upon arrival the sales rep could not find the vehicle and then tried to sale me a different, more expensive vehicle and could not even match the price of other local dealerships. When I again asked to see the vehicle I came in to view it was then confirmed that this vehicle has been wrecked as a loaner and was in the body shop. Sales team was still unwilling to even match the advertised price of other local Chevy dealers and would not honor a military discount either. Thanks for wasting over 6 hours of my time guys! Super job on your 4th of July sales event. Still waiting to see a manager as I type this....

I had an appointment early on a Saturday for an oil change. I opted to wait for my car. They offered a carwash. Very good job.

Jeffrey was great as well as the finance team. I will buy again from Vandergriff and have nothing but good things to say about my experience there.

Oscar waited on me last time I was in there. He was a "Double O!" :) Can't remember his last name but it began w/an O. We have bought cars here and have had them serviced. Don't think we have ever had a bad exp. So far so good. I would recommend this dealership!

My service rep was very nice and very knowledgeable. My 2011 Cruze has had numerous problems since I bought it. Recalls also. I am hoping since this is my only transportation that it will hold up. I really am not in a position to buy a new car at this time. Overall I have been satisfied with my experience with Vandergriff Chev and my service rep.

I went to literally, and I mean literally every Chevrolet dealer in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. I was trying to buy 2019 Chevy Corvette and got the runaround from every single one of them. Ironically over half of the general sales manager spoke of Vandergriff and said I should never go there cause they play games. Now I know why they said not to go there Because they knew I would get an incredible deal. Adrian and Jorge were my salesman and they were phenomenal. Lets just say my lease payment is half the payment I was being offered at the other dealerships. Ill never shop at any other dealership in the DFW metroplex.

I scheduled an appointment just before closing time on a Friday. Drove an hour to see a specific vehicle, that I was told was there (obviously, they gave me an appointment), got to the dealership close to opening on Saturday. The salesman took all my personal contact information before getting the car. When he came back after scanning my ID and getting what he needed, surprise, surprise, the car was sold the day before. Of course they have another, more expensive vehicle to show me. What a joke. Now I can expect to be harassed with marketing info. Use caution when dealing with Vandergriff Chevy!
