I was not aware of KIA vehicle - received a promotional brochure - went in looking for a pick up - matter of fact, via telephone, I had made arrangements to purchase a 1/2 ton pick up. When I got to the dealership, arrangements were made for me to purchase a KIA Sorento - after a discussion with the sales staff, reviewing the automobile, I decided to take a look at the Sorento, test drove the vehicle and the answer was "Yes".

The sales staff, the two that were assisting us were sincerely concerned with satisfying our desire, need to get a vehicle we will be satisfied with. They were very helpful and tried answering all of our questions. We were very satisfied with our visit and doing business your business.

Customer service by Craig was excellent, needed a oil change, he saw that there was a recall on the motor so had the service guys "scope" the oil pan, seeing it was okay.
