Appreciate You!!

I appreciated John Cook's low pressured sales. He was respectful and showed us cars that met our criteria. This place works well together. The people will assist others when they are busy when you come in. They try to get things accomplished and answer your questions. Always saying anytime they are open, I can call to get assistance or questions answered.

Service engine light ?.Oil Pump Repair

Not happy at all. I'll go in with the service engine light on they tell me it's my oil pump replace it and then tell me that my air conditioner condenser is leaking and then I go to pick it up. My air conditioner does not work. It worked when I dropped it off and then when I went to pick it up, they tell me that somethings wrong with my transmission, they charge me $3598.00 and never let me use a coupon bigger than a $50 which I find very ridiculous when you're spending that much money. Now I have my truck with the air conditioner not working and somethings wrong with transmission all this happened while I was at your shop.

Ken Kinches

I was having a problem with both key fobs and it was getting close to time for Don Ledford to close. The service dept. allowed me to bring my vehicle and leave it until morning. I also was needing an oil change and tire rotation. By the afternoon of the next day, the service dept. notified me that my vehicle was ready to pick up.

Don Ledford GMC Chevrolet Buick

Went in for oil change appointment. I brought my own oil filter for my 2020 GMC 1500 and they have no problem with that. Work was done promptly in 20 min. The vehicle was clean and screen reset accurately.
