    I went in to the dealership with the intention of test driving a GMC Sierra 1500 to see how it compared with the Ford F150. Within 5 minutes of arriving I was inside the GMC I was interested in and leaving the dealership on a test drive. The salesman was knowledgeable about the truck, and very friendly. I decided on the test drive that I liked the GMC better and would be purchasing one (albeit I didn't realize it would be that day :) ). I asked for a quote on my trade in to see how it compared to others I had received, and had one in about 45 minutes from arriving back to the dealership. The number I received was in the ball park of where I needed to be, so I decided to ask for a price on the truck. I was a cold walk in off the street, and the salesman I was working with at that time had an appointment with another customer who was coming in from out of town and to Don Ledford's credit the transition between my original salesman and his fellow team member was smooth and painless. I did not have to rehash anything, and the original salesman even came by every so often to see how the process was going. After we discussed what the price would be I decided to get a financing quote as I was satisfied with the price as I understood it. Full disclosure, there was some confusion as to the price in question, but to Don Ledford's credit they realized there was a miss communication and promptly not only corrected it, but met me more than mid way between what the understood price was, and what the intended price was. I give this dealership a lot of credit on this, they could have just walked away and chalked this up to a loss, but instead they worked with me and got me a very solid deal on a truck I really wanted. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone, they are friendly, are willing to work with you, and at no point did I feel like I was being snowed and pressured. With a back up in the financing area, they even stayed more than 90 minutes after closing to get the deal done.

    We purchased a 2015 Buick Encore and our salesman, Bill Benjamin was friendly, courteous and helpful. A stress free experience, with no pressure pitch to buy. I went back to have Rain Guards installed and Bill and Misty were great on getting them ordered and installed for me. Thanks Misty and Bill! I would recommend Don Ledford in Cleveland to anyone needing a new or used vehicle. I am very pleased with my overall experience there.
