Classic bait and switch!!!

Classic bait and switch approach from the sales person ( Mr. Franklin). I was presented with an offer for purchasing a vehicle then a few days later after calling back and finally reach the sales person, I was told that the offer is actually 5k more if I want to purchase the vehicle. Make yourself a favor, stay away or play the game of bait and switch. Reach out to the dealership after I was asked to in the reply on my review. Talked with Sales Manager that stated that he will look into that matter and call me back. He NEVER DID and that speaks volume about honesty and customer service of this business. I believe they are busy doing the bait and switch with other customers!!!

A very professional, personable and patient staff.

A very professional, personable and patient staff. I say "patient" because my purchasing situation was challenging, to say the least. They worked with me and dealt with uncommon obstacles in order to get me the vehicle of my choice. I would recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a new or used car.

My experience at Bakersfield Mitsubishi

Thank You for making a Dream Come True :)

Husband and I went in just to browse as we all do from time to time and at that moment, we decided to trade in our truck. We were kindly greeted from a salesman Isaiah. R Bautista Now one thing we don't like are pushy salesmen and let me tell you from the moment he greeted us to the very end of introducing us to our new set of truck keys we were pleased. Never Pushy and understood what we were looking for and helped us through every step of the way. I would like to thank him and staff for making my husband's dream come true. It was a dream of his that one day he would own a Beast of a truck and let me tell you... I need a ladder and booster seat just to get in lol. It is now sitting in our driveway and we have Isaiah to thank for helping us through this... I never thought this was going to be possible but now our dream has become reality. Thank You
