As a out of town person. I arrived at the dealership and was met with nothing but professionalism. Franklin Simmons and staff made the process smooth as can be. I test drove the car, signed some paperwork and was driving back to town in no time. Highly recommend Bakersfield Mitsubishi!!

Completely disappointed

My family went in today to look at a car for my mother in law. She found one she liked, so we went in to work the numbers. The sales person, who never said his name nor had a name tag, went off to talk to someone leaving us waiting for about 20 minutes. Came back asked another question and was gone again. After an hour he said we couldn’t do it under my husbands name so we used mine. I waited another hour for them to give me a completely unreasonable offer for a $18,000 car and a credit score of over 800. They never even ran my credit to get us a better deal. I am so angry and disappointed. They wasted our time and I will never recommend this dealership. Customer service was terrible. Inside the waiting area was dirty and the bathroom was not stocked.

Just bought a car and Bree Helped us and she was so...

Just bought a car and Bree Helped us and she was so great! Best sales person would highly recomend she is very knowledgable of the cars. Bree is so very friendly ask for her when buying a car from there.

What a total waste of my time

I went down there after being told they have zero down for everybody and I told them I had credit issues. I go there taking a Uber thinking I'd be driving home. Well after all the lies, they do some credit questions that are clearly to myself not mine and when my answers don't match my credit he tells me he can't work with me bc it's a fraud alert, yet he has my I'd clearly seeing it's me. And the guy was rude and an adshole from moment he walked up.his name was franklin.so they didn't even offer me a ride home, I spent another $20 on Uber home.....what a joke

I have nothing but good things to say about this dealership. Jesus got me into the car I wanted with less than perfect credit. I highly recommend Bakersfield Mitsubishi. Ask for Jesus!

service writers /service policy

The service department service writers can't make up there mind on appointments. I make an appointment and I still have to wait in line with everyone else. The next time I don't make an appointment and all of the appointments have priority. the service writers are rude when you question them about it. I have 2 Mitsubishis and have always had them serviced there.( WELL I'M DONE )
