This is the second vehicle I've purchased from Breeden. The first was about 3 years ago and was a very good experience. I've bought numerous vehicles from different manufacturers throughout the years with good and bad experiences. I can honestly say after 30+ years of buying new vehicles, I've finally found the best salesman to do business with. That is Blake Baker at Breeden. Straight forward, honest and cares about the customer. You are missing out if you don't ask for him. I told my wife that I found someone I can deal with. She didn't believe me until I brought home my new Ram. Give Blake a call-you won't regret it!

Larry was absolutely wonderful to work with. Traded in my 07 Jeep Wrangler for a 15 Wrangler and I'm so so so happy! I'd never been to Breeden before, but they've earned my lifetime business! Very knowledgable about their products, so very helpful, and they were VERY thorough when explaining the warranties and details. The entire staff were so friendly and helpful! How we were treated
I had decided I needed a newer car so my daughter brought me to Dodge Chrysler Jeep to get started looking at vehicles when I saw the Jeep Compass I liked the looks of it . It also had the blue tooth. Then we talked with Kendra Poe.She was very helpful. I took it for a test drive and it was what I liked. Kendra was very helpful and got right on with it.Got to drive it out same day. Kevin Kiene was helpful in getting all the paper work done. Both were very friendly and helpful.

A Truck I always wanted
I did quite a bit of research on Ram 2500 Cummins diesel before talking to Breeden Dodge. I found another dealer that has the exact same vehicle I was looking for quite a bit cheaper than Breeden's web sale price. My initial contact was Blake via e-mail, I asked if they would match the competitors pricing. A couple days later I got a response from Karen and she stated she would "come close" to the competitors price. I went to the Breeden, Karen and Blake were unavailable so I spoke with Andrew. He was very professional, had in depth knowledge of the truck I was look for and NO PRESSURE approach to the sale. When it came to the pricing, to their credit, they came very close to the competitors pricing. I enjoyed doing the research and Andrew made it a pleasant buying experience. Brittany was very pleasant and helped lower my APR. I'm very happy with the entire sales process.

GREAT TRUCK
We worked with Blake Baker again on this purchase. We had previously worked with Blake and left with a remarkable Chrysler 200. LOVE MY CAR BY THE WAY!!!! This rime we needed to trade in our truck for a new one. We didn't even hesitate, went straight to Breeden. We went on a Saturday evening late and who do we find still working, Blake. It was almost 9pm. He has to be the hardest working salesman in all of Fort Smith. It may just be our opinion, but he always comes through for us. See you again in a couple of years. Without a doubt, we are truly, Breeden loyal. Thank you Blake for all that you do, and Brittany Hurst knows her stuff too!

Busy!!
It is just my opinion, but I do believe that maybe there should be a couple more people working in the service department. The line was extremely long on the morning I dropped off my car. 2015 Chrysler 200. I had been getting a sensor reading that 1 of my tires was losing air pressure about every 2 days it seemed. It only took a few minutes to get thru the line. Looked like most of them were there for oil changes. I read that you don't make appointments for oil changes, if that is true then you should have a more efficient system at work. If we are to keep the forever warranty, we have to have our oil changes at your service department and pay the higher cost of doing so. In that case you should make it a little more geared toward the customer, right? The gentleman that helped me was very nice, Gregory Clark. He answered all of my questions. I thought it was odd that when you drop off your car and get a ride to work there isn't anyone available to get your car to you? If I am dropping off my car then I would have no way to get back to get my car? Follow through? Otherwise, very friendly and will see them again in a couple thousand miles.

I sincerely apologize for your delay at our shop, we ARE very busy in the summer months. We are moving to an appointment system for ALL services, including oil changes and it has been a difficult transition. To maintain your Lifetime Powertrain warranty you are required to call the 1-800 number if you should decide to take your vehicle to a different shop. You are not required to bring your vehicle to Breeden's to maintain your warranty. Ask your service advisor about the buy one old change get three free program, you might be surprised at the actual cost. Our shuttle service will gladly drop you off and then pick you up at the same of a different location.
