Place is total garbage!! Let my wife leave with the truck then called 4 days later to say she had to come back with 4k down. Uh well no. But she did just traded in a nissan. But wait title wasn't notorized knowing it has to be in oklahoma and when I went to tag it was 1 month over because they didn't even have a notary yet when I told them I'd be dropping the truck off for them they did all of a sudden. That was right at 6 months ago it had 24,000 miles when we bought it 6 months ago now the trans is going out engine light stays on and they lied about recalls. They will not get another dime of my business. Worst car buying experience I've ever had by a long xxxx. As far as I'm concerned they sell junk and are full of crap even for a used car salesman. LOL

Never seen a car fax report for starters, found out it was in auto body shop 10 times in 5 years. I am disabled I tried to get a different vehicle after 2 days of having the one had problems getting in and to low I said I would make the difference in price if they would work with me and they said NO!! Buyer beware it's all smoke and mirrors.

After showing interest in a vehicle & speaking with Jerry Lovins he took the vehicle to my work so I could test drive it. Made an appt & worked out a plan, my father had triple bypass surgery & Jerry asked about him like he actually cared. After I purchased the vehicle Jerry sold tickets to my daughters winter ball months later. They really do care about tgeir cuatomers & treat you like family.

I was all the time hearing about Rath Auto "For The People" commercials rather it was on the TV or the radio. So one evening after hours my husband and I decided to pull into the car lot and just see what they had. The next day I called Rath Auto and they took all my information over the phone and said they would call me back. I figured well that's the end of that and to my surprise that after noon Larry Rath called me back and we started talking about what vehicle I was interested in and he asked a few more questions and said ok let me see what we can do. Well once again I figured that was the last time i'd hear from Rath Auto. I called my husband and told him what I had done and he said its just a waste of time with our credit. The next morning Larry Rath called me back once again and asked when my husband and I could come in and test drive a few cars? I told him what time we both got off work and he said well we are open until 7:00 or until the last customer leaves. So I called my husband and had him meet me at the car lot after work and Larry walked the lot with us while we looked at a few cars and then he told us to drive it and see how we liked it and of course I fell in love with the car. Larry told us to come into his office and talk about a monthly payment that we would be comfortable with and so we did. Larry took our amount up front and came back in just a few minutes and said this is what we can do and this is what your monthly payment will be. We was very surprised to learn that we had been approved for a 2014 Dodge Journey and the best part is we got to sign the papers and drive it off the lot that night! I would recommend Rath Auto to everyone. Larry did all the work for us all we had to do was give them some information and sign the final papers. We are now proud owners of a 2014 Dodge Journey! I couldn't be more thrilled with the service I received. I went in with a knowledge that my car was way past its serviceable years and I knew that my divorce and subsequent lifestyle change (single mom, raising two daughters without help) was going to make it extremely difficult if not downright impossible for me to qualify for a car. Any problem I had, Kevin and David Rath, the financial guy worked it out and got me a fantastic deal on a car I absolutely love. They not only matched me with a lender who could work with me, in spite of my credit history, but they made me feel very cared for and if I cried a little, who could blame me. I now have a newer car, with about 140, 000 fewer miles on it, that is in excellent condition and I will most definitely be taking my newer dependable car back for maintenance and care. It was the best experience I have ever had in my life with any dealership, and I can say honestly I have been to several. This place has truly been a Godsend to myself and my family. I went to Rath Auto Resources because they had the Jeep I wanted but I ended buying from them because the process was the best I have been through. My salesman Gordon was awesome and answered every question I had. I liked it because i didn't feel like they where trying to put a fast one over on me but they where trying to be honest.
