My fiance and I purchase a new vehicle from this dealership and over all the best salesman and customer service we ever had. They work with you and try their best to get you the best deal. I definitely will come back for my future cars here. I want to say thanks to our saleman Oscar Chavez and finance manager Enthan Manley giving us the best deal and we are happy with our new 2013 dodge avenger.

best dealership ever!
On saturday 2-2-13, my fiance and i came in with our 2007 honda civic lx and try to see if we could trade it in. We had a appointment with our friend/ salesman Oscar Chavez to see what we could qualify for. He did everything he could to see what we could be approved for and then his hard work paid off. We drove off with a new a 2013 dodge avenger SE! we neve expected to drive off with a new vehicle that afternoon. The deal was just right and went for it! Thanks Oscar Chavez and I also want to say thanks to Ethan Manley the fiance manager for giving us the best deal. Im definitely coming back for my next vehicle purchase. I highly recommend this dealership! They are friendly and good people.

Good overall but not great!!
I actually thought Matt and Ron were awesome. I'm a little upset because i testdrove one day and the truck was perfect, then went back to buy it the next day, and after closing, noticed a big scratch and dent down the side. I was then told that if we didn't negotiate getting it fixed and it wasn't in the paperwork, there was nothing they could do for me. But, i went back and talked to a manager a day later and he said he could probably get it worked out. We'll see if that happens! I would think repeat buisiness and word of mouth are pretty important! Let's see if Fowler does.

What a horrible experience!
DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM FOWLER DODGE I-240 IN OKC.....We went to look at a new truck in hopes of possibly coming home with a new one. Our salesman Mason Baker very nice young man and not very pushy so it made it very easy to talk to him. So now we are at the point where it is out of the salesman hands and now "the closer" Matt Thompson (never been disrespected by someone such as him when purchasing anything) comes over and in the middle of the back and forth "how does this number sound" etc.....we put our foot down after coming up 2000.00 from our firm price, so I reply to his last offer and ask him to take another 800.00 off and see about the zero percent financing you are offering and he looks at me completely serious "well now you are just being selfish"!!!! I took a breath and stood up and said we are done here, lets go.....our salesman sees us leaving and runs over to see what happened, my husband tells him what happened and our salesman goes to involve the manager and explain that it just cost him a sale and upset and disrespected the customers! The manager takes the closers side saying he knows how to close deals so just let him do his job, after a bit of back and forth, all respectful and nothing unprofessional.....they fire the salesman. He was there for two years! We see our salesman driving off and ask what happened, then a further scene followed when the closer comes out yelling at our salesman that he was requested to leave. We were in the middle of talking to him trying to figure out what when on as we were prepared to go back in and buy this truck. I will never consider buying a car from this dealership and will spend much effort passing on as much negative feedback as I can. The fact that your employees have absolutely no value to you is ridiculous! And quite frankly I thought he was a good salesman with a very laid back manner and took the edge off all the haggling. A very nice young man lost his job for taking up for his customer that was very very rudely treated.

I can in several times browsing and told the salesman exactly what I was looking for in a Jeep. Tom King was great, found what i was needing and wasn't a high pressure sales guy. When I can back to make the purchase, the vehicle was out front waiting for me to view and drive. Trade in on my old vehicle was very fair, financing was a breeze. By the time my wife arrived, we signed a few papers, toured the maint. area and left in a fully fueled and clean brand new jeep. This is our 4th vehicle to purchase from Fowler and I'll be back for future purchases. Can't say enough about Tom, he was great!

Charged me $1100 to hang parts on my Jeep and never fixed...
Charged me $1100 to hang parts on my Jeep and never fixed the issue. Removed a $200 Gel Cell battery and replaced it with a cheap in house brand. I found out just a couple of weeks later that the fix would have cost me $30. So they screwed me and never fixed the problem even though Jeep sold the parts to do it.

We went with specifics in mind. Initially everything was good. Then we went to sign paperwork and now they say there is only one lender who will finance a truck (diesel) with high miles. Do not believe that for a minute. Plus they came back with a 19% interest rate. In this day that's ridiculous. Don't waste your time dealing with these amateurs.
