Very pleasant ant helpful.

Horrible experience. This is a bait and switch dealership. I'd recommend driving to Norman for your Jeep.

Our first experience at the dealership was not pleasant

Our first experience at the dealership was not pleasant but I think it was in part to our salesperson. The second time we went back, we got Brittany, who was absolutely incredible! That poor girl hoofed it across three lots in humid/rainy weather letting me look at what was available. She was a rockstar and got us a solid deal and would definitely go back to and use her for any future purchases!

Getting the car took a while I feel like everyone was

Went in to a routine oil change.

Went in to a routine oil change. I scheduled during my lunch break. Very fast service unlike other Jeep dealerships I’ve been using that take over an hour!

Just got off the phone with Brandon, which seems to be

Just got off the phone with Brandon, which seems to be the only one who cares there, he did try. But let me start by saying this is the worst dealer I have ever dealt with. The lies, miscommunication supposedly and the lack of transparency are crazy. We purchased a car on Saturday with the clear intention if it had to be delivered by Thursday. I called it text the salesperson daily, all was fine supposedly. Then on Wednesday morning, was getting ghosted, finally got Brandon. He found out that they had dropped the ball, original transport backed out, no one communicated, fell on deaf ears. I left messages for GM, sales guys, finance guys. Wednesday night late, got call from Brandon that car was being picked up that night to get going. Thursday morning, call from sales guys stating car was enroute, then call from Brandon at lunch saying car was being picked up then and would be here at 2am. Luckily sales guys gave me transport number, I text him Thursday night late to arrange meet point at 2AM, he said he hadn’t picked car up til 4 and it would be 10am. Now it’s +\- lunchtime Friday. got back with Brandon, expressed my frustration and their breach of contract. He said he would speak with GM Brent and see how else they could help. Only offer he had was to return car and refund deposit. Who knows if car will get here at this point, they acknowledge they dropped the ball, but now just blame the transport company. Filing complaints with State, Wagoneer, BBB. This has been the biggest cluster and DO NOT USE this dealer if you want honestly and integrity
