Everybody I dealt with was very courteous and

Everybody I dealt with was very courteous and professional. They were easy to work with and made buying the truck I wanted a good experience, something I've not gotten from other dealerships that I've done business with. They were upfront about pricing and quickly got me an out the door price when I requested it. They also worked with me on pricing, payments and the down payment. The next time I'm looking to buy a truck I'll look at them first because of their helpfulness and prices. Thank you David Stanley Dodge!

Service was performed quickly and to my satisfaction. Advisor Bill Dobson is always good to work with and keeps me informed. I still wish the service drop off area and waiting area could be expanded and improved.

One of the worst dealership experiences.

One of the worst dealership experiences. Set up an appointment for noon to look at a vehicle and was told that morning it was available. However, when we got there we were asked what body type of vehicle, etc we were interested in, when I asked for the 4th or 5th time if we could just look at the one we had an appointment to see we were told it had sold that morning.
