I was recently in your dealership a few days after...

I was recently in your dealership a few days after purchasing my used truck and Christopher made sure my problem was handled in a timely manner. Also had a missing center cap for my 3500 wheel and he made sure it was taken care of also. I will only be seeing him in the future when coming into service. Very good experience.

I really loved the customer service provided by Irving...

I really loved the customer service provided by Irving Tovar, my wife and I appreciated how welcoming and knowledgeable he was about the different vehicles we were interested in. He was very friendly and kept our concerns in mind when making recommendations and I would definitely recommend anyone purchasing a vehicle, the overall experience was outstanding.

This is the worst dealership I have seen. They do not stand behind there word. They will bold face lie to you to make a sale, and not do what you negotiate in the purchasing of the vehicle.

I have been doing business with this dealership for a...

I have been doing business with this dealership for a very long time (three cars & YEARS of service/parts) I have always had good customer service & friendly faces. BUT IF YOU DO DECIDE TO COME TO DAVID STANLEY DODGE YOU MIGHT AS WELL PARK TWO BLOCKS AWAY. It seems over time the parking lot gets worse every visit. From door ding, scratches, getting blocked in, or stuck in that so called "parking lot" it's almost not even worth the trip anymore. So if you are antentive to detail like me, don't bother with it.

I dealt with Chris and Steve. Chris was very engaging yet...

I dealt with Chris and Steve. Chris was very engaging yet not pushy. He specifically ask me what the issue with my truck was(mpg) and then began showing me vehicles with substantially improved performance. Once I selected the Hyundai he began showing and demonstrating its various features. I am most impressed with Chris as a sales consultant. I also felt that Steve was helpful as well. He reaffirmed Chris' inquiry and went so far as to help with doing the tag and insuring the car was clean. I would definitely recommend both gentlemen to friends and family.
