All around outstanding dealership and service dept. I bought a 2025 Ram 1500 SST in Nov, Shirley was absolutely amazing and worked with me being I live 2 hours south. Recently, my Automatic Emergency Brake system stopped working, at first, they thought it was a shorted wire harness but after looking at it again, they determined the sensors are bad. So instead of me having to drive 2 hours north to change out the sensor bar, they are sending a service tech to my house to not only change out the sensors, but also to do a free oil change and tire rotation. I seriously couldn't ask for a better dealership, service dept or customer service. I would definitely recommend them to to anybody and everybody.

Only christian thing about this dealership is the Judas
Only christian thing about this dealership is the Judas complex these xxxxxxxx have. Finance officer Seth Gaetlin, tried to charge me almost 4k for a warranty he quoted at less than $900, 3k more he tried to falsely take. They tried to rip off a disabled veteran on a fixed income, imagine how many elderly and women they've taken advantage of 👀 These are the kind of "christians" that have led to the lowest numbers ever. DO NOT USE!!

Bought a Used Dodge truck about a year ago.
Bought a Used Dodge truck about a year ago. It was an older truck I bought with the sales person Jim Beardsley who I have known for several years. Was concerned about several features of the truck, knew little about Dodge products. He has let me stay in touch with him with all of my questions and always helpful. Last Friday, at a local shopping outlet, I suddenly have a dead battery. Had no clues I was going to have a problem, I am dead in the water.!!!!!! I called Jim ans asked if the dealership could run a service truck down to me and jump my battery to get me to the shop. He replied 15 minutes and got my location. Was not a service truck, he came from dealership and jump-started my battery, called their shop and found out they had one to fit the truck and told the service adviser , I was coming. 15 minutes to their shop closing, I show up, they get me in and get me out by closing time. Wow.....What more could you possibly ask of a salesman and a service adviser (ready to go home) and a shop (ready to go home) I would recommend Jim to anyone shopping for a vehicle and their shop services as well.....

my experience was beyond enjoyable and non pushy, this lot is definitely one to keep in mine while finding a wonderful deal!! my dealer was Chance New, this guy helped me through everything including keeping in touch really well! 10/10 would recommend and i’ll definitely be coming back in the future to help my sister with a car here, over all a great experience!!

Red River should not be allowed to wear the Jeep logo.
Red River should not be allowed to wear the Jeep logo. This has to be the worst dealership when it comes to Service. I have only had two service interaction with this dealership, and they were the worst ever. First, service appointment was to fix a Jeep recall. Received a letter for a tailgate latch replacement and called the dealership to schedule an appointment. They stated they knew about the recall and to bring it in and they would replace it. So, I scheduled the appointment and took it to the dealership. After waiting at least 2 hours I was told my Jeep was ready. But to my surprise they handed my keys to me and said, "We will have to reschedule you to replace the part." WHAT?????? That's what the appointment was for. Their answer, "SORRY." 2nd interaction was my auxiliary battery was bad. So made a second appointment with RED RIVER. It took them 6 hours to replace my battery. Are you kidding me? Per dealership: 3 hours to test battery. 2 hours to go to auto parts store to buy a new battery. 1 hour for techs lunch break. Really!!!!!!! Their answer was, "sometimes these things happen." But next time we can come get your Jeep for you. Why would I let myself experience this terrible service for a third time? Red River should not be able to represent the Jeep logo or any other car company. They have no accountability for bad service.

Worst customer service in Arkansas. Please save yourself and go anywhere else. Wasted two whole days trying to get financed. Received a text the next day from their sales rep that they found me what I wanted. Called him back to find out it was in error he found that for a different guy. My parents bought a pre-owned truck from them needed to change a tire and found out it didn't have a jack or tool for removing the locking nut. Doesn't even have the tool to lower the spare! Went to the service department and they refused to make it right. They spent 3 hours trying to replace 4 locking nuts with regular lug nuts only to tell us they don't have any that will fit and nobody in town has them. It would take a week for them to get any in. We told them to just leave them off so if we got a flat we could change it and they tried to keep our locking nuts. We had to make the service tech go back and get them. Went to the Auto Zone in town immediately after and bought the tool to remove them and replacement nuts. Still no way to get the spare down so I hope they don't get a flat on the side of the road.

The sales staff are great they worked very hard for us to get the finance the way we needed it. James Norman is my salesman And Dillon did the finance. Not only did they get us a great deal on or 2022 Ram 2500 Larime truck they brought it right to my house the same day. CANT BEAT THAT!

We traded my 4 runner in for a 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited. The finance company had a hiccup but that is NOT any reflection of the dealership. In fact, Matt, the finance man who helped us was able to get it resolved at a rate of only 0.9%!! I started working with a young man named Josh ( super sweet and professional) and was actually turned over to Kyle ( Josh had drill- Thank you for service BTW) Kyle was fantastic! Stuck with me and my 900 questions/ text... I can be extra but he was a super trooper! LOL Once we got to the dealership to sign, the entire staff was welcoming and very polite. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP AND KYLE!!!

Christina Dewberry went beyond the call of duty. We told her that we wanted a Jeep the morning of 10/20/21 & it was delivered to us that night & our old vehicle was picked up with a great trade in. The gentlemen delivering the Jeep & picking up our old vehicle & getting the paperwork to us to sign was great!
