Very professional organization ! Got in and out real quick . Need to improve your WIFI capabilities in the waiting area , with all the smart phones and lap tops people were using it was real slow or in my case I could not get on .

A very pleasant car shopping experience, no high pressure to buy right now. The MKX was not my first choice when I went to Diffee, but after driving and evaluating the features available it was my final choice of vehicle.

The dealership's employees were a pleasure to work with, but they seemed uninformed regarding the pickup I purchased and also sold me a pickup with issues, the radio functionality wasn't up to how it marketed, and the brakes needed attention less than a week after purchase.
