Service
Service was done on time. My one complaint is that my car was complete in the service bay. The person responsible to check us out was busy with other work. It was five plus minutes before she could get to us to check us out. This also happened to the person before us.

Best service advisor I have ever encountered.
Outstanding. Service Advisor kept me advised about the problems and progress of the repairs. From greeting me as I arrived for service until returning the loaner to pick up my MKX, I could not recommend any changes to the way I was treated.

Courteous & quick service. Out-processing/payment rep was exceptional as she allowed me to use my rewards balance in payment and prepared the paperwork necessary to apply for an additional $10 rebate thru the Redemption Center...My C-Max is working great thanks to your professionalism in getting the former operational problems diagnosed and fixed. Your dealership showed me in all of this that they really do care about about solving problems and helping customers who have purchased from them. By lowering my on road driving speed to 55-58MPH this C-Max gets close to 45MPG...sometimes as much as 50MPG at a little bit slower speeds. I like my C-Max! Thank you to all at Diffee Ford in El Reno, Ok.!!!!!I would not hesitate in recommending you to friends and family.
