SERVICE DEPARTMENT AND F&I DEPARTMENT

I PURCHACED A LINCOLN MKZ. I NOT ONLY LOVE MY MKZ, BUT THE SERVICE AND THE CONSULTANTS WERE SO VERY NICE TO ME. IT WAS AN EXTREMELY WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE. THANK YOU

2013 MKT Lincoln(purchased last year)...our recent dealings with Diffee was having 4 new tires put on and the front end aligned. They did it in the time they said they would and were extremely friendly when we left our car there, both in the service department and in the front. Made us feel welcome and glad we had chosen to deal with them. However, we feel our tires should of been good for longer than 48,424 miles. We got rid of the Goodyear tires and put MCHLN tires on. We had already replaced one of the Goodyear tires. They (Diffee)even left our car parked outside so we could pick it up late (after a great grandson's ballgame)but, of course we had given them our credit card to use earlier. The Diffee Dealership we use in ElReno is 45 miles from where we live so that is almost 100 miles round trip. Hopefully, we won't have any more problems. Thanks! Margie McConnell

great service, great people, but slow.

I have a 2013 Ford F 150. I purchased it from Diffee. It is the fourth vehicle we purchased from Diffee. I really enjoy dealing with your company. J However, I had to wait 2 hours to have my oil changed. I would like to be able to come in and have my car serviced in less than one hour. Otherwise, I can't say enough nice things about Diffee and the people who work there. Thank you for making me feel like I'm always receiving an honest deal.

Great Service

Although I purchased my vehicle by cash purchase, I have just recently found out I need new spark plugs and a fuel injection cleaning due to mileage. It was only a week after purchase it started running differently. I would just like this matter taken care of.
