My day at Diffee Ford

Had a great conversation with one of the service tech at the dealership, I believe he is a son of one of the Diffee family, either way, it was a great experience for the day. Always is, I know many of the salesmen and others that work there. Good day.

Great experience overall

Our Service Person was Phil Thomas. He was very helpful and very knowledgeable. I was very impressed with the overall experience. Keep up the good work!!!!

Great service

I was in El Reno last Friday, working, and noticed it was time for an oil change. I pulled into Diffie and asked how long it would take to get my oil changed. I was told it would take an hour to get it done, so j ageed to wait. Since it was 1:00 and I hadn't eaten yet I asked where I could get something to eat. The dealership drove me to a local resturant. It was a pleasant supprise to have the dealership provide that type of service. Thank you for the service you provide.

Customer

We purchased a 2013 Ford Escape to help us keep our fuel expenses down. The service and staff were very efficient/helpful. A couple of things needed to be taken care of with the car and they completed the job efficiently and successfully.

Slow getting appointment,

I called for appointment to have minor body work done after purchasing the vehicle. It took 6 calls to get an appointment. Once I was there, the job was done in less than 30 minutes. Everyone we very nice once I managed to get the appointment. That is my only complaint with the service. The work done was fine.

Highly Recommend

2015 Escape Chandler was great! We will definitely come back for our next purchase. To date, we have purchased 3 cars at Diffee and will go no place else. I really appreciate the family environment at the dealership. No pressure and always a pleasant experience.

The process to purchase our new 2014 Lincoln MKX was delightful! The staff was very caring and helpful! After the purchase we stayed home until Monday, 21 October, then left on a trip to Pueblo, CO, Colorado Springs, CO, Fallon, NV, Sacramento, CA, Fresno, CA, Ruidoso, NM, Amarillo, TX, and then home. We are in Tulare, CA, now, having driven about 2500 miles! The MKX smells like a Lincoln, rides like a Lincoln, and drives like a Lincoln, so we firmly believe that the MKX is really a Lincoln. We love it!!
