Diffee Ford Lincoln is a fabulous dealership from both the sales and service persepctive. They have treated me more than fairly each time I am in the dealership and I count Laine, Court and the entire Diffee dealership as friends. This dealership has turned me from a GMC person into a Ford person. I would give them my highest recommendation.

Customer

F250 King Ranch. Shopped on one day, called to confirm the deal the next morning, showed up that evening to accept delivery and leave our trade in. Everything was in order. I had filled out credit app seeking financing specified 60 mo. and Bob figured the deal for 72. He refigured for 60 months, got it to our liking and we departed. We are delighted with the vehicle.

Getting part replaced

I needed to have a minor part replaced on my 2013 Lincoln MKX. I had called the dealership 2 months ago to inquire about the part and they said they needed to order it and would call me when it came in. However, no one called and I finally called back and they said it had come in and to just come in when I could. I just went there, showed them the part that needed replaced, and they replaced and put the new part on in 15 minutes.

Great service

Service was quick and done correctly, as always. Staff is always helpful and friendly. I also bought another vehicle(as a toy) 2 days after my service on my truck

Excellent Customer Service

I purchased a used 2010 F150 Platinum edition. Service was excellent. When I first walked onto the dealership I informed the salesman, Josh Counce what I was looking for and that I wasn't 100% committed to purchasing same day but after Josh took the time to show me several vehicles that met my needs and his knowledge of the truck was outstanding. We narrowed the search down to two vehicles and he took the time to discuss the differences of the two trucks allowing me to make my decision easy. From there the finance officer was extremely friendly and at the end of the day, I drove out the dealership knowing that I got a solid deal and a reliable vehicle. Thanks Mike Jefferis
