This was perhaps the easiest auto purchase we've ever made. I bought a pre-owned Lincoln MKX. We did all the negotiations over the phone or internet (we are 200+ miles from their dealership) and when we got there it was hassle free. There was no differentiation in what we had agreed to, my car was traded for the price we had agreed, we signed the papers, went over the equipment in the car, and we drove away. Our salesman, Chandler, was the best!! I will certainly recommend this dealership to anyone thinking about purchasing a car.

I recently purchased a 2013 GMC Terrain Denali From Diffee Ford. Found the unit I wanted online and spoke with Cord initially. From the start, the experience was different than any of the others I've had. I found cheaper units, although not by much. It was the laid back, but confident approach of Cord that ultimately sold me. I had the pleasure of meeting Josh, who took care of me when I arrived to pick up the vehicle. And I met Cord, and some of the Diffee boys I used to see on TV when they were just kids. Everyone there was as nice as could be. No high pressure, just good old fashioned TCB. The next time I'm in the market for a vehicle. Diffee will be the first place I check.

Would highly recommend Diffee Ford, they made the buying experience a great one. I went in told them the car I wanted to see they showed it to me, did not force me to look at something else or even attempt to pressure me. We set down talked money and negotiated on a wonderful price. I was spending the winter in Arizona. Ended up trading for a larger fifth wheel RV. The dealerships in Arizona did not seem very interested in trading for my used pick up. I called Diffee Ford in El Reno. Spoke with Jerry White over the phone. I emailed photos and we made a deal. I made a 2000 mile round trip that was definitely worth it. The entire staff from the owner down made me feel welcome the moment I arrived. That was my first purchase at Diffee Ford but it won't be my last.
