Had my Jeep Wrangler serviced this morning.

Had my Jeep Wrangler serviced this morning. I was the only one waiting in the waiting area. It took over 2 hours just to change the oil and a tire rotation. They also didn’t do a 5 tire rotation which I always believed was standard with the Wranglers. The intake person that I worked with was polite and apologetic that the service took so long.

Tech Joseph Morache only took a half hour of labor ($61)

Tech Joseph Morache only took a half hour of labor ($61) to remove three lug nuts. If that kind of customer service isn't enough to prevent me from buying from this dealer, or manufacturer again, I don't know what would be.

Not trustworthy

After several attempts to try and reach someone who will speak to me I feel this is the only way to gain their attention. I have made several attempts to obtain a statement for the taxes I paid them. Every time I call and tell anyone what I’m calling in regards to, they say they don’t collect taxes. SOMEONE took CASH from me and now I am unable to register my vehicle. I’ve left messages and no one responds. I guess I’ll be driving 5 hours to return the vehicle.

Do not buy at this dealer !

Do not buy at this dealer ! They are fake advertising there car price and jam in fees not tops to you when comes down to sale they price there car low to get you in door then throw in bunch of fees when you get there into you final paperwork I contacted this dealer to purchase a car from out of state I worked with Chris r salesman and his manager who seems to have no respect for customer relationship and respect of another human being all he cares is about taking your money and who will give it to him faster and jamming a bunch off fees in your paperwork and lowballing your trade with No back up to his price long on your car data doesn’t lie they jam fees you are not told about in original paperwork presented ,this is bad business practice there cars are not actually price adversities because with all additional fees not listed you pay same if not more typical old school car business sales tactics experience atmosphere don’t buy here buyer beware

Purchased a used pickup at bob Howard.

Purchased a used pickup at bob Howard. Overall experience was just okay, but we got it done. Paperwork was delivered to me to be signed, and pickup was delivered to my house after. So far. So good. Now, over a month later, I've never received my copies of papers or a title and my temp tag expired a week ago. Multiple calls have accomplished nothing, if you can get someone to answer the phone after they transfer the call. The vehicle I purchased also still has insurance on it from the previous owner from the same company I use, so I'm having trouble getting insurance. Called my salesperson, and he said he would call the previous owner. Still no luck. Also only received one key with vehicle after asking for 2 multiple times. Overall my experience has not been a good one

UPDATE...... moving onto month 3 with zero solutions to anything. Nobody answers when we call, no calls for updates, nothing. Only time we hear anything is if we send an email, then we may possibly get a call back which results in empty promises. No title, still can't insure the vehicle. I've bought many vehicles and this was BY FAR the worst experience I've ever had

My husband and have went there 3 different times the first time we purchased a 2016 Dodge Ram S L T and the car fax was wrong it had some major damage .Then with our 2018 was supposed to have bumper to bumper warranty for the duration of the loan and a hemi and it didn’t have either one .They sent us a email so we went in because they wanted our 2018 so we did and we signed a contract on a 2022 they told us if there was an issue they would let us know the next day and that never happened they. Amen and put the bed liner in and still nothing so we are thinking everything is ok well three weeks later they call us and tell us there is a problem .So what is they say 3 strikes and your out .I wouldn’t recommend this dealership to anyone at all we have had nothing but issues with them and they aren’t that honest either at all they do not stand by their contract and so yep we got a lawyer this is xxxxxxxx and we are not happy customers at all

terrible service I bought a used jeep wrangler and they didn't want to change the tires that were worn out. The next day I detected that the lights of the dome do not work and they did not want to repair it. lousy sellers, do not buy there
