TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE, I bought a Ford Mustang from...

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE, I bought a Ford Mustang from them and the moment I told them I wasn’t financing though then they completely treated me like crap. I ended up buying the car because it had everything I wanted and was honestly tired of car shopping. Anyways I buy the car and then they told me I couldn’t take it home! I was angry so I spoke to the sales manager who was completely unprofessional and the financial guy was a jerk I was able to talk them into letting me take the car home. After driving for a few days I decided to vacuum out the car agin and what I found under the seats was disgusting there was fries, half a biscuit, flashlights and chargers like they had just shoved everything under the passenger side I was so upset with how poorly they detailed the car so I reached out to the guy who sold me the car Chris Rosales and he replied with a smart alic comment saying it looked clean when you looked at it didn’t it. So I do not recommend going to this place I should have done a better job at inspecting the car but you would expect better from them!

Bait and Switch

Responded to and Advertised Jeep the this dealership had online. Called and they insisted that the vehicle was there and ready. Drove 3 hours to the dealership. When I arrived and met my contact there was a big meeting with managers and then I was told that Jeep was at their Sister Dealership in Oklahoma City. Said they could not sell it for the price list online because it wasn't at the dealership, after telling me it was to get me there, but they had plenty other Jeeps available but not at the listed price. I asked them to confirm that the Jeep was at the Sister dealership Bob Howard and tell them I was on the way to make a deal. They called confirmed that it was there. I left for OK City. 20 miles later I get a call from OK City Bob Howard Dealership telling that Jeep had a deposit on it and it had already been picked up. It was not available. This is a prime example of bait and switch. This is why car dealerships and car salesmen has the persona of being succumb bags. I would really consider rethinking if you are looking at this dealership or Bob Howard in OK City to do business!!!

My wife and purchased a CPO Grand Cherokee. Per the Certified program the vehicle should have undergone an extensive inspection and repair https://www.certifiedpreowned.chrysler.com/. With only 36K miles this should have been easy but within a day of taking delivery we noticed the Radio had failed and was randomly pushing buttons rendering it unusable, the check engine light came on, it has a capless filler and it kicks off the pump ever 30sec, the dash was peeling, I turned on the wipers for the first time to find that the rubber had failed, the vent motor started making a very loud noise, the first hard brake (to miss a car in the oncoming lane) I noticed the brake rotors were warped.... I contacted the dealership but never got a response and now I am left with a vehicle that is a mess and unfortunately FCA is months out to be able to repair. There is no doubt that this unit was inspected but knowing it was a long lead to repair they let it be my problem rather than making the repair or telling us about it. It is unlikely that the technicians did not catch all these issues and if they did not catch at least some of the problems they should not be a technician.

Oil tech need to clean there hands better

Just got an oil change in and oil fast but had oil prints on my hood and driver door, but Service Adviser Chris Maurer was great

This was the worst experience I have ever had ! Called...

This was the worst experience I have ever had ! Called and made appointment for 10:30 am on Monday for a noise under the hood and an oil change ! The lady asked if I wanted to wait I Said no I would leave it but would need a loaner ! Got there and yup no loaner you can try enterprise down the road. Day by day nothing it was a warranty fix and so I said please fix it ASAP if not covered I would pay out of pocket she said ok . Two days later after hearing nothing I called to ask if jeep was ready ?response was I was waiting on warranty so we have not started on it ! 650.00 into rental car cost ! I was livid but kept my composure then went to pick up after the warranty company told me it was covered they said bull was 1800 now I was coming unglued ! Turns out I paid 200 and 650 for rental cost ! I will never take anything to them and I suggest you look at reviews prior to doing business with them !! Horrible just plain horrible got jeep back 7 days later 🤬

Oil change & tire rotation + some other things. Make an appointment on Tuesday for 10 am on Wednesday, in / out less than one hour. Go see Chris and he will take care of you.

Got in contact with a salesman about purchasing a car. Got a quick response for the first few days and then never heard back from the salesman. Will be taking my business elsewhere
