    We just bought our second Mazda from Bob Moore Mazda while getting our 2014 CX 5 which we bought new, serviced. We After living in OKC for 5 years we moved... to Texas a year ago and had continued to drive back to Bob Moore, a 4 hour drive one-way, because we thought so highly of their service department. We give a 5 star rating to Ken in service, to Dale in sales, to Robert in finance, and to Phil in management Our entire experience was excellent and we love our new CX 9. The office staff is always excellent, also.

    I've been to just about every dealer in the state. However, I keep coming back to Bob Moore Mazda and just purchased my third car from them. From the sales... side, Corbin and Terry are the best, very knowledgeable, professional, and they Always ensure you are happy from the start to well after the sale. This dealer continues to work with me and once again I just got a Very fair deal. I seriously doubt if any of the other dealers would have done so much to get the business. I plan to be back.     We had a good experience at the dealership, but terrible follow-on service. We bought a 2018 Mazda CX-3, and came to the dealer with pre-approval from... our bank. We left happy, but were disappointed when we did not receive any title or license information so we can pay tax and get license plates. Our bank has also not received the info they need to process the loan. We live in Missouri, and temporary tags expire after 30 days. Called them at 25 days, and they said they were done processing, and would mail right away. Didn’t receive anything, so called again at 32 days and was told they had been busy, and would send it to me right away. Still nothing at five weeks, so I called again and was told the accounting department would look into it and call me back later that day. Still no response — not even a call back — and at six weeks, called again. It was a Wednesday night, but they were still too busy to put me through to the accounting department, the finance people, or to the general manager. Someone in the sales team took my number and promised to have the right person call me. I don’t have confidence I will receive a call since they broke so many promises already. I plan to give them two days to respond and then contact the Okla. AG office. I have never left a bad review, and actually had to create an account here to post this one because I haven’t left any reviews before. I feel strongly that people should know about my experience before they do business with this dealer. Never had such a bad experience buying a Mazda (fourth one for us so far).

    I have purchased 7 vehicles over the last 30 years from various Bob Moore dealers and have had a good experience from each time. However, my experience... with Philip and Nolin was the best. Their customer service was next to none. My wife and I were treated as though we were the only customers they had even though they were very busy. Lana, in the finance department was a pleasure to work with as well. Thanks again Bob Moore Mazda for a great car buying experience. Larry Laughlin

    Very good car buying experience until Bob Moore Mazda neglected to send my loan information to my credit union until I called them and asked to do so.... Four days prior to my temporary tag being expired I had called their office and was told that my title would be sent to me by the end of the week before my temporary tag expired. The day before my temporary tag was expired I was told it would be FedEx overnighted to me. The day my tag expired there was no sign of my title. I called 3 days after and was told that they had to look for my paperwork and give me a call back. I did not receive a call back for 3.5 hours, I finally called them and explained that I was to get a call back with more information on my title. I was told my title was sent out that day, at that point my temporary tag has been expired for 3 days. I was very upset and Bob Moore Mazda did not seen concerned at all. Awful customer service and very unorganized.
