Great selection, pleasant buying experience. Nolin has great customer skills as well as product knowledge. He was quick to respond to emails and text during the shopping and selection process.

Pleasant buying experience.

Pleasant buying experience. Nolin is very knowledgeable on his product and quick to respond to questions submitted online. Sales manager was friendly and the dealership was very clean and well stocked with snacks lol. The dealership had good inventory and did what they could to get the best possible rate for our purchase.

This has been, by far, the best experience I've ever had

This has been, by far, the best experience I've ever had at any car dealership. My salesman, Online Timonio, was very cordial and personable. He simply showed me the vehicle I was interested in and let me drive it without any kind of pressure. He fully answered my questions and left me alone to discuss this purchase with my wife. This was my first purchase with a Bob Moore dealership, but most assuredly won't be my last. It was refreshing to not have a salesman breathing down my neck. I just want to thank Nolin and the entire team for a great experience.

I was introduced to Michael Sanchez at the front door.

I was introduced to Michael Sanchez at the front door. He was very personable and didn't push. He asked questions and listened. I knew what I wanted. He pulled it around and we went for a test drive. He explained some of the features with ease. The car I was looking at is the same on he has. We sat down and were able to make a deal quickly. Financing was easy and quick. It was one of the best dealership experiences I've had.
