What a disappointment.

What a disappointment. Worked with a salesman on a truck that was in transit, had everything done with the numbers and credit for financing. Had a deal made, waiting for the truck to arrive and drive over 3 hours to complete the sale and pick up but they over sold the truck. The dealership let another buyer put a deposit on it and texted me that they were sorry but someone else got the truck. This dealership should have something in place for this not to happen! Again, WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT!

Great people fast service my salesman was there even to see how everything was going with the new truck and he showed us some new features on the high country trucks

Better trained staff absolutely no customer service

Better trained staff absolutely no customer service skills, purchased vehicle and not within 2 days check engine light comes on then it was snowball effect. They sold me a lemon card and to top it off the sales team had the nerve to blame service as if they don’t work together. Not a caring environment very selfish I will not be back. Stay away from Scott bowman used car mgmt and the sales women Cynthia. Both a joke!!

Wonderful service!

Needed a battery change for a hybrid car, which can be difficult and expensive. Came in at 4 and they got it done before 5 and for less than everyone else was wanting to charge me. Taylor was exceptional, highly recommend this place!

Very satisfied customer!

Got my truck fixed in an expeditious time frame. Happy with services provided and glad they actually checked what my warranty covered and thank goodness for it. Very satisfied.

GM car service - regular and single time problems.

Good communication throughout the service experience. Easy drop-off and pick-up. When something is not as expected upon pickup, the service department always resolves remaining or newly-detected issues.
