Quick and efficient

Had to get a battery installed and it was taken care of in less than an hour. Ryan and the guys in service did a great job, as usual!

I WANT TO GIVE THEM ZERO STARS!! PLEASE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE TO PURCHASE YOUR CAR!! SCAM!!MY DAUGHTERS BATTERY WAS CORRODED SO BAD THEY COULDN'T EVEN REMOVE IT!! DON'T TRUST ADAM OR THE SALES MANAGER!! THEY SAW US COMING AND USED ADAM'S SENEGALESE BACKGROUND TO WHEEL US IN! I HAD MY GUARD DOWN BECAUSE HE WAS NICE! THEY SCAMMED US FOR HIGH INTEREST AND A LEMON CAR!! NEVER AGAIN.

I can not explain to you how disappointed I am with this sale! The battery was so corroded! My daughter is a 19 year old college student!, We have pics! Adam assured us that the car had been checked from engine inside and out so we didn't look that day was rushed. And there's no way a cat inspection was done. We have paper work and notes from the dealer who installed the brand new battery, His words exactly"I've never seen battery corrosion this bad"!

They really need zero stars. Having a service appointment and not even looking at it or communicating after 9 hours. Well done Bob Howard. I really don't understand how the service dept. works. When you make an appointment that means both parties decide on a time that works for them. An appointed time. My appointment was at 8:15 and when I arrived there were multiple cars ahead of me. I thought wow, there must be a lot of 8:15 appointments. No big deal though, I just waited my turn and dropped off my truck. So 3:00 rolls around and i have heard nothing so I call. Service advisor informed me that no one has looked at it yet and probably won't today. I'm sorry I thought my appointment was a 8:15 and I was waiting in the lobby. He informed me that there are no appointment times and its just first come first serve. I arrived after 5:15 or so to pick my truck up and I thought maybe they made a mistake and was just trying to cover it up. Nope. Service advisor said no one has looked at it and will not look at it today. Mind blown to say the least. The worst part is not one person ever contacted me, said the word sorry, we made a mistake, It's a bad system, ......just nothing. Here is your keys. No problem. You just wasted 9 hours of my life. I work in healthcare management and if this happened someone would be strongly corrected or fired. We would be bending over backwards to reach out to the patient that was treated wrongly and make it kosher immediately. Very disappointed to say the least. Will never go here again and I hope they can make some major policy and procedure changes.

Good people there that will work with you I have going there for about 6 or 7 years now I have bought 3 cars and I’m on my 4 car now

What a scam!!! Both Service personnel passed themselves...

What a scam!!! Both Service personnel passed themselves off as the Service Manager to avoid letting me speak to the Service manager. Do NOT go to Bob Howard!!! I don't understand how places with this poor of Service can continue to do business.
